One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I was not expecting it. The pool looked like a lot of fun, room was clean and well maintained, breakfast was great, and everyone was understanding about our lack of French. A great stay and we hope to come again.

Keys did not work so had to go back and get new keys. The password for wifi did not work so had to get the correct password.
Rooms are good though.

I had called 2 days in a row to have someone check our air conditioner in our room as it was extremely loud and sounded broken. I was unable to turn it off. My son and I had to sleep with earplugs as it was so loud. They finally moved us on our 3 night after asking for a 3rd time for something to be done

Good day, I found the property absolutely average for paying 630 for 2 nights. No AC, old duvet covers with holes for the single beds, old paint, It smelled old carpets, there were finger marks in the mirror.

The pool is amazing. It is warm my daughter loves it. The room is nice. We got the suite room. When we go in the room. We found 2 used black socks on the floor. Beside the bunk bed. Maybe the room attendant missed the spot.

-Room en front of the elevator.
-Breakfast room, a barn full of farm animal had more civility than what I saw. Cereales on the floor, no table available, a real mess.
-Requested the room a bit earlier on the phone and it was a clear no.
-One at the hotel, the individual which answered my call was identified, and while talking to customers at the front desk, his head was resting in his hand with the elbow on the desk. Everybody was bothering him apparently. I spke to the lady there and got my room earlier.
-Never again.

Our room smelled like old dirty swamp water most likely coming from a very old carpet on the floor.
Breakfast was very limited and could not accommodate any food allergies or intolerance.
The water slide was liked by our kids.
We would not recommend this property to friends or family or return ourselves in the future.

Rude staff, if you work with people and to serve people why do you choose these people?
I always select Super 8 in QC but this one is the first and last time.
