Perfect place to enjoy Ojai. We got upgraded to the King Deluxe Balcony Suite and it made the stay memorable. Highly recommend the hotel.

******* claimed the room I was booking was pet-friendly. When I arrived at the hotel, they refused to honor my reservation because the room I booked was not in fact, pet-friendly. This is ultimately *******'s mistake, but neither the hotel nor ******* agreed to give me a refund.
Also, the person at the front desk of the Blue Iguana Inn was not only unhelpful but didn't seem to have a grasp of how their hotel worked, leaving us to find other accommodations on the fly.
I have been using ******* for years, but if they cannot see why I am entitled to this refund, due to their error, then I will not book with them again.

Absolutely gorgeous. Visited town for my boyfriend's birthday. The location was perfect and the suite made us feel right at home. Watching dvds made us feel like we went back in time. I will definitely be returning.

Quaint, clean, nothing fancy. Unfortunately located directly on HWY 150 which can be noisy.

The property is quaint, staff was wonderful. The room had all the extras ready and waiting. The white lights around the property make it so sweet at night. Right across from the bike path and an easy drive to downtown Ojai.
