Great week with family. Very nice hotel, great location. Evening entertainment with concert by the pool. Address to remember.

The room I stayed in had nothing to do with the photo, it had a small window overlooking the balcony of the next room. Make sure the room you rent matches the one in the picture. In addition, the water didn't work well, the bidet had been used and there was still a towel inside it is soap, the mini bar was very noisy and you could hear everything that was going on in the bathroom of the next room, honestly I think I had the worst room in the establishment..room 11. Otherwise, I have nothing to say, quite the contrary, it is a very beautiful and well-kept space with many activities, farm animals. They serve a good breakfast.

Very good space for weekends/family holidays. Various utilities to use freely. Good pool and private lake. Good meal (dinner) and breakfast. Staff 5☆ The only thing other than the closed indoor pool. Let's go back.

From the outset, at reception the first thing they asked us for was our citizen cards and payment for our stay. It was the first time we went there and besides being confusing getting to reception because the parking lot surrounds the hotel, asking to pay for the stay straight away I thought was a "good welcome". Did you show us an image of the hotel and then tell us where the room was, breakfast, etc.. in an image? Ok... just at the end I said "welcome". It is a hotel with potential without a doubt and it must have been a great hotel, but they should take advantage of the great demand they still have and invest in the facilities. Essential air conditioning in a 4-star hotel or not? Rooms to be opened with a key?!? Improvised wooden ramps for those with a wheelchair or pram, as was our case. Very outdated decor. Is water reused?!? I don't think so... and it's a shame if it doesn't actually exist. Breakfast much to be desired. I saw the employees placing the miniatures on the tables the day before it was not yet 6pm with a simple piece of cling film. Maybe it explains their flavor.. I think the only fresh thing was the bread. And it's a shame. Better quality than a lot of quantity. .. and we didn't have dinner there. For breakfast, we certainly didn't miss anything at dinner... very weak entertainment only at night and very short. Swimming pool, beach... shouldn't there be any swimmers? Not one? Maybe not... but I think there should be. Apart from all this, which is what makes me describe the hotel, it really is beautiful but it could be much better. We paid for better for 4 stars and it's not... it may have been but now it's not. There are hotels that channel money into making the hotel better and better and there are others like this, frozen in time at the mercy of the luck of demand that continues. At the end of the stay they asked if everything was ok and I said yes. What was the point of telling the receptionist that I was feeling unwell? She wasn't going to do anything. Here is my opinion. It is good ? AND. It has a nice pool but not for the price you pay.

Hotel with pleasant outdoor space. The interior with old-fashioned decor. The rooms still use blankets which are inappropriate and unhygienic. Mini bar existed with nothing inside. Friendly employees.
