A friend recommended staying here when I was visiting and what a great experience! This quiet b&b has charming rooms and beautiful grounds, including a lovely pool and some cats that hang out outside. The breakfast is bountiful, and the owner is very helpful and friendly but doesn’t speak much English, so be prepared with a little Portuguese. I’d definitely stay again when in the area.

Going to Casa De Campo feels like entering a fairytale, it's such an unreal experience. The courtyard, the decoration and last not but least the majordomus Jorge. The things that need to have that old touch have them, but a part of the bedrooms are newly renovated.

What a wonderful place! George, who runs the hotel, is so warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived here was there for anything we needed. The room was very clean and wonderful. The pool a delight. Breakfast in the lovely courtyard, simple and plentiful, breads, cheese, ham, jam, yogurt, cereal, fruit, a variety of teas, fresh coffee. There's a pool table, and George can provide wine if you want. The house itself is beautifully restored, and air conditioning makes for a good sleep. Excellent! Thank you.

The accomodation was the worst one we ever got in Portugal. Very disappointed. We got different room than was presented in bookings. Terrible badroom. As we made reservation via www.booking only for one night we got not standard but some spare room not normally used as “as no benefit guess”

Jorge the master of the house is very welcoming with cheese and port and the pool is warm and the billiards table set amongthe grounds lots of fun. You can stroll the grounds listening to the chickens and eating fresh oranges picked from the trees. or just stay in the outdoor courtyard and sip from one of the many bottles Jorge proposes and eat local cheese and ham or his wife's homemade jam. I could have stayed here for days and not gotten bored.

O alojamento apresenta marcas de algum desgaste, tanto ao nível do quarto como das zonas comuns. Necessita de bastantes melhoramentos que não são visíveis nas fotos apresentadas. Contudo a simpatia do funcionário salvou a estadia. Pequeno almoço básico mas aceitável.

Superbe endroit avec chambre magnifique. Une sorte de magnifique ranch avec toute une histoire. Excellent accueil de Jorge prêt à tout pour que l’on se sente bien. Sa devise For ever Young 😊 J’ai une remarque ce magnifique endroit ne peut pas être géré par un seul homme il ne peut pas être au four et au moulin comme on dit en France. La piscine aurait nécessité d’être nettoyée. Magnifique endroit mais les propriétaires devraient employer un peu plus de monde. Ce super Jorge va en perdre sa santé. Il suffit d’un rien pour que tout le monde soit heureux dans cet endroit magnifique.

Um local cheio de história, afinal trata-se de uma casa com quase 150 anos. O espaço envolvente muito agradável. O quarto (já na parte nova) também muito bom. Muito amplo, limpo qb, e bem aquecido (estava uma noite muito fria e de chuva). A sala do pequeno almoço original tem um toque especial. Mantém aquele aspecto antigo, muito rústica. Muito bonito. Um espaço agradável para uma escapadinha.
