打掃房間衹給了一條毛巾和一條浴巾，説是怪我浴巾放地上了不乾淨，賓館沒有提供地巾，前台基本上全天沒人在，入住的時候等了好長時間，一個做到的人辦的入住，業務也不嫻熟，多要兩瓶礦泉水也不給，明確的拒絕給礦泉水
