Am amazing experience, the room is super clean the personal very nice and professional, always there if you need. About the room it’s a technological room, light touchscreen and new model showers. The price is correct, since you arrive you can active the Ticino ticket which means you have free transport train,tram and bus for all Ticino. The parking for the car it’s near, you find place always and you pay 5 francs per day(possible to pay for all days that you stay). I recommend this hotel for couple and family , excited to come back there!😊🙏🏻

It was a nice and comfi place to stay in Locarno on budget:)

The room was clean and tidy, not very spacious, there was a check-in person, and a lot of information needed to be entered, no breakfast, but the price was really good in Switzerland, free parking

米努西奧站下來走一點路就到了 科技感緊湊型房間設計 個人認為各種設施都到位 連衣架都是匹配的顏色和款式 有點似現代感大學宿舍 按鈕都是觸摸屏 附近有個加油站的coop不過關門早 沿着湖邊走很舒服到洛迦諾20分鐘 也可坐一站火車 因為是意大利語區 氣氛比較松 湖邊有人在草地上香甜入睡 酒店老闆還可以 房間小冰箱裏給了不少免費飲品 價格便宜

Clean rooms, Very nice view, modern, best location, easy cosy. Suit for couples and solo Traveller. Parking is cheaper than other place. Staff is very helpful and so friendly. Love the balcony and the view! We come often to Locarno in Spring and summer, we’ll back again!

I had a big room with a view of the lake. Super comfortable bed. Good quiet air-conditioning. Lights, curtains all magically controlled from a dashboard near your pillow. The digital check-in needn't scare you as the friendly owner is present to help. It's five minutes' walk from a family beach on the lake, and there's plenty of very cheap parking nearby. A five-minute drive from Locarno and its restaurants, this is the ideal studio-hotel for total peace and quiet while you visit the sights of Ticino. No breakfast or official reception, but the owner is always around and is full of good advice about what to see. Free drinks in the fridge. A perfect holiday base.

We had a very good time, the owner was very kind and very helpful. Very nice, new and modern rooms. Even a mini bar with free drinks! I had the room with the lake view and it was very quiet! The bus connections to Locarno are also very convenient and run every quarter of an hour! TOP quality price, I would go again! Thanks for everything Marsia Giovanoli

Super nice. Everything was new, well-kept and super modern. The welcome was very warm and there was also a short introduction to the room afterwards. The minibar was filled with delicious drinks and you could get a good cappuccino at reception. Unfortunately we lost a night because of a car breakdown. :( We would have liked to stay longer, but the journey had to continue. :) We would love to come back and we are just happy that our vacation could finally start so well after the breakdown. :)

everything made of concrete, clean, little comfort. Check-in is done completely digitally, works very efficiently, and there is paid parking nearby. No other facilities such as bar, etc. Check-out is also easy.
