Premier Inn Ramsgate (Manston Airport)

The room was comfortable and it was clean. If you are booking breakfast make sure you book a table when you book. We were not told this and when we went for breakfast we were told they were full and that we had to return in an hour. Luckily a party arriving after us had people who hadn't arrived so we could take their spare seats. It should tell you to book breakfast when you book the hotel.

Here on Business, really useful location. Nice rooms, no issue. Service really good - esp the Bar Man in the pub. Breakfast ample and plentyful. Will stay here again for sure, Parking is good. Look forward to my next stay here. rooms clean and tidy, bathroom all ok, no issues

Excellent value for money. We stayed in a Premier Plus room. It was worth the extra money as it was only a few pounds more. The room was lovely. It was clean, the bed comfy, the bathroom was great and the power shower brilliant. We had an ironing board and decent hairdryer, a mini fridge for our milk, they supplied the kettle and mugs etc. Tv was fully operational, however the free WiFi was weak and slow though you can upgrade. The pillows were perfect. It was a very pleasant stay. All good. We would definitely stay again. We didn’t have breakfast purely because we were fasting but were advised the full breakfast menu was up and running on a Monday as they had the staff now.

We had many unexpected issues, as our stays at Premier Inn have usually been quite satisfactory. Our room had to be changed after the first night, due to many failings. The main complaint was a strange smell in our room, which Premier Inn thought might be an air conditioning unit leak.

I stay at a Premier Inn a few times a year, I know what to expect and this was in line with their usual standards. However the check in process, is getting worse and was really painful at the time of our visit. The machines are not very effective and the staff seem to have to take "a thousand details" despite an on-line booking. Surely your reference number, and perhaps post code should be enough.

I need an accessible room and have often found that hotels’ equipment is poorly or unthoughtfully installed, not so at this Premier Inn. Actually designed and installed by people who know what they are doing, getting the small things right makes all the difference. Why not 5 stars ? The tantrum inducing amusement arcade ‘crane’ right in the middle of the restaurant loses that last star.
