I really liked this hostel. Why? 1.Excellent location. I walked all over and easy came back here. Lovely spot by a lake and near the historic area and churches. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby and a supermarket just a minute walk away. 2.Good value. 3.Impeccably clean. 4.Lots of common areas including spaces for eating, preparing food (not a full kitchen, but microwave use), working, meetings, piano, etc. 5.An excellent cafe. 6.Staff that were very helpful. 7.Good wifi. 8.24 checkin. (I arrived at like 2am.) 9.My private room w shared bath/toilet was very comfortable and a good size. I have no complaints really and would stay there again.

Stayed here for nearly one week. It’s a quite new and modern hotel. The luxury rooms were big and spacious. The hotel staff were helpful and nice. The hotel has a big swimming pool and sauna. This hotel has some challenges with coordination of their airport taxi service. I feel the hotel staff can improve in this area, and therefore I give it only 4 stars. For example, I pre-ordered airport pickup from the hotel. When I arrived, no taxi was there and I called the hotel to ask where my taxi was. To be honest, the hotel was perceived as quite uninterested to help. Eventually the hotel gave me the taxis registration number and told me to go out on the parking space and search for it myself!! I felt that was quite rude and unprofessional. Besides, I have never experienced that a traveler is expected to leave the airport and search for the taxi on the parking space. Turned out that the taxi was late and wasn’t even at the airport by that time.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel in early August. For two nights. Standard room. Well, what can I say? Bed and pillows are comfortable, the sauna is modern, sleep quietly even with open window (street is not central), slippers, coat. Candey is not boring. Clean. But here's the closet - neither embedded nor normal - in the room. Hey-God! Only the hanger at the entrance and three shoulders on it roll. Everything (see appended photo). Here we did not expect ... (We then explained that the building was originally built not under the hotel, that before that here the luxury-priton was with ”massage offices,” and then the authorities closed it and forced to reprofile. ) There is a parking your own protected, under the slagbaum. Free, by the way. The weak place they have is breakfast, of course. All the dishes that are thought to be hot (cash, sausages, eggs, omlet, etc.) in fact - how would it be elegant to express? ”cool. And it's even though underneath them all candles stand. And the point is a little. On the first day we came an hour before breakfast time, so they had cheese out. (”Everything ate,” as explained to us. ) And tea cups too (have they eaten too?). And on the second day there was totally no black tea. At the same time, it was in our room. I went up just up and brought. And I got a bag and the girls at the restaurant: If anyone else would ask? They still have no creep or kefir for breakfast. Like class. Here are the cinemas and the Germans simple. But we have organized a wonderful review of Minsk, and thank you for that, relatives! Now understand why ”four” with tension?

Modern flair meets rich history, creating a mesmerizing setting that had us hooked from the get-go. Food lovers, take note! Their in-house restaurant is a must-try, serving dishes that explode with flavor. The service was top-notch too, making every meal a fantastic dining adventure. I have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

Quality, good hotel, real 5*. spacious rooms, excellent repair, good bed, everything perfect. I like a swimming pool and spa, the only minus - late includes a bath. I was in other hotels with a swimming pool in Minsk, this is definitely the best. It is a pity that you can't have a pet.

For the price it is really good. We stayed in a family room and it was spacious, with more than enough clothes and stuff storage options. I didn't like the breakfast thougg (served at the cafe next door at extra charge). The area is not in the downtown but easy to commute.

All good time of day! Today I write a review about the Maaal hotel in 2**. I will not write much, one word about the main in my opinion! :) I will say at once, we chose this hotel not by chance, because before that we stayed in another hotel of the IT network and we really liked everything! Here the exact hit of the price and quality and places Better! It is important! Well, we stayed with the family for one night. What was important for us: it was a hotel with two rooms, that is, there are life cases, that for understandable reasons, all guests can't sleep in one room. Here, as I said, two rooms! That is, you actually save on an extra room. The room itself is simple but very clean and as my dad said, “With lush, white beds”:)).In the room, I will immediately say, there is no teapot and refrigerator! But at that hotel 2 stars. In the morning, we went for breakfast (yes, breakfast is included, And for us it was very important). Breakfast - perfect!!! ... Believe, not in all 3 stars, there will be such choice and the main thing, on which I drew attention, it is the purity of tables, the choice of diverse dishes for breakfast and, noticed that the fast-destructive products such as the tortogether, Eggs and etc. were in small refrigerators, but not cute? ! Yes, forgot to say about the location of this hotel - behind the city, next to - IT technologies park. But! What air there 👌, after all around the pine:) One word - worthy!!!

FFanny fristhikaLocation is very strategic , near with some of recreational objects. You can buy groceries at supermarket around there, there's many good restaurant with affordable prices, and you can change your money to Rubel in the money changer at supermarket. The rate is good.
The room of apartment is good enough for 3 ppl. More than that will be cramped.
The bath room is so clean, hot and cold water is good , and the washing machine works properly.
The owner provides us transfer service to and from airport, with a good tariff. And the driver is so kind.
Maybe the only one minus poin, is no elevator to go to 5th floor 😄. But fortunately we were helped by the driver to bring up our luggage.
GGuest UserNice hotel with modern look in the city of Minsk. Its close to everything you need. The rooms are good and clean. Unfortunatley, there is no SPA or pool in this hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. Sometimes it can be difficult to speak in English with some of them.
The hotel left a mixed impression. When choosing a place, I always rely on reviews, so I decided to leave my own here. Maybe it will help someone. First, the positives: 1) location, center, walkable, close to many attractions and very good restaurants. 2) the state of the room stock. Everything is clean and everything works. Now let's move on to the negative points: 1) breakfasts. The price is not cheap (30.8 rubles). We had breakfast once, due to early departure for the excursion. We arrived at 7 am and all the food was already cold. The choice is very modest and does not look very appetizing. During the same day we had breakfast next to the French cafe Paul. Yes, we waited about 40 minutes for food, but everything was tasty and hot. 2) cleaning. During all this time, they never washed dirty glasses. The set of dishes was a bit surprising. Two glasses and a certain vessel, either a wine glass or a candy bowl (by the way, there were three of us), there were also paper cups, which no one replenished during our stay. There were three bags of tea in the room. That is, it was assumed that we would drink tea from that same vase? (strange, of course. Bottled water was only available upon arrival. 3) bathroom. It is large and well ventilated. But there is not a single cabinet to put bathroom accessories, except for a tiny shelf above the sink. A strange decision, of course, when the area is available. The bathroom has a shower with poor drainage. When taking a shower, I had to turn off the water several times because I was worried that it would spill out of the pan. A hairdryer is a total pain. It is so low-power that my finger went numb while I was drying my hair and this procedure lasted 20-25 minutes instead of 10 minutes.
Ssquall3399The hotel is nice and the room was perfectly clean on both occasions I was there. The staff was fine. The bar was small but had a nice selection of beverages. The location is nice, there are several restaurants and other places nearby. Overall, a good experience.
Excellent location and this boutique hotel had everything I need. Good breakfast at the dining area, room was spacious and modern with large bathroom. Staff was 5 stars all the way. Located within walking distance to Minsk old square and the new business center. Would definitely stay again.
GgroovediggerAfter reading these reviews, I was a bit hesitant to book a room here, but then I decided that if I was going to visit Belarus, I might as well have a true Soviet experience. My fears were unfounded. Since Belarus is now opening up to tourism, they’ve probably listened to the feedback and made improvements. Shabby rooms? Mine was newly renovated (superior single room) and clean. WiFi worked great. Bed was very comfortable. Terrible breakfast? Not at all. It was similar each morning, but good. Fried eggs, either ham or sausage, toast, tea/coffee, etc., prepared and served by a very friendly waiter. Far-flung location? Not really. It’s true that it’s not on the main boulevard with the metro stops, but a 10-15 walk away. I found that walk interesting, with lots of local residents around walking their dogs, waiting for the tram, etc. Non-English speaking staff? Everybody I encountered had a basic level of English, and if there were any communication issues, they would use Google translate. All were friendly and smiling. Upon check-out, one woman even came out to help me bargain the taxi fare to the airport and then she told me to make sure to let everybody know that Belarus is great to visit! Budget-friendly and clean. Soviet in name only. Recommended!
Good day to all! To begin with, I will say that the prices in this hotel are more expensive than in the Minsk Hotel. This is so that you have something to compare with :). We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of October 2023. I will say right away that the first impression never deceives. I received it immediately upon meeting, at the reception. Administrator Olesya greeted me with a completely straight face, without any signs of emotion. After checking the reservation, I spent a very long time explaining the location of the place where breakfast was held (in the end I just had to follow the signs). It turned out that there were no slippers in the room, because... room class is budget. I was on a business trip with a colleague, asked to be placed in rooms next to each other, and in the end we got the maximum distance from each other. I had to go and beg this girl to be placed next to me. In response, the administrator’s open dissatisfaction with the comment “You care” and getting what you wanted. The numbers are a different story. To say that the rooms are old and worn out is an understatement. I got the impression that no renovations had been done for 15 years, if not more. In the bathroom there was a clog in the sink, and when using it you had to periodically wait for it to drain, it was HORRIBLE. The first time I used the shower, I discovered a woman's long black hair!!! This is about cleaning. However, in 3 days it was not there even once, only once was the toilet paper replenished because it simply ran out. The bed was never made. All cleaning was limited to changing towels. Thank God they only came to the hotel to spend the night. But unfortunately the morning also began with disappointment at breakfast. I haven't seen a worse breakfast in a long time. Absolutely unfriendly and indifferent waiters to the guests, cold dishes that were replenished only upon request (and then you had to wait 20 minutes for something to be bought at a nearby store). We waited 15 minutes for the fried egg!!!! All the cuts are just the cheapest sausage and cheese bought in a nearby store. In general, the mood was ruined for the whole day already in the morning!! And there are many other inconveniences, such as the doors to the room not opening or closing, very noisy climate control, cheap and absolutely unusable shower gel...... If only someone had written a similar review in advance :( The result is not in vain at the beginning I said about the Minsk hotel, it is cheaper, but in terms of service and comfort it’s heaven and earth. Make your own conclusion whether it’s worth going to Zamkovaya!!!
GGuest UserStop at the Bouth Hotel in June 2023. The impressions of accommodation remained only positive. Very welcoming staff, needed to extend the room until the evening, went to the meeting extended, one local truth, but we were very satisfied. We lived in a family room, clean cozy, everything worked. Cleaned well. Water, tea, coffee all report every day. The bathroom has all the necessary toothbrushes, shaving machines, hairdressers, helms, champagne, air conditioner, lavatory. The hotel is good noise insulation. The location of the hotel is just a chic practically center. We didn't wish to choose this hotel.
GGuest UserHotel is little bit far away then Minsk centre. But with 5 mins by walk is possible to reach metro station. Good price, good care, reliable stuffs, safe place liked to be here and it is recommended. Only one thing that i think about as negatively restaurant price is expensive.
