Location is very strategic , near with some of recreational objects. You can buy groceries at supermarket around there, there's many good restaurant with affordable prices, and you can change your money to Rubel in the money changer at supermarket. The rate is good. The room of apartment is good enough for 3 ppl. More than that will be cramped. The bath room is so clean, hot and cold water is good , and the washing machine works properly. The owner provides us transfer service to and from airport, with a good tariff. And the driver is so kind. Maybe the only one minus poin, is no elevator to go to 5th floor 😄. But fortunately we were helped by the driver to bring up our luggage.

Останавливались с 5-8 января в этом отеле. Из плюсов просторные номера, удобная кровать и матрас! Достаточно спокойный отель , ненавязчивый персонал. Халаты, тапки принесли по запросу сразу и нам и нашим друзьям. По уборке мы не очень вписывались в график уборок, поэтому просили заменить полотенца и принести что необходимо или вообще отказывались от неё. Вода в бутылках всегда была. Вкусный обед в номер и достаточно оперативно! Завтраки стандарт, единственное, холодные:( Из минусов чайником не смогли воспользоваться, т.к от него сильно запахло китайским пластиком. Сантехника в раковине с плохим напором . И очень жарко в номере, окно было всегда открыто.

Location is really great, very close to vibrant street full of restaurants and cafes. But hotel is quiet and cozy. Rooms are simple yet neat. Breakfast can’t be booked online, which is strange, but not really necessary, thanks to proximity to Oktyabrskaya street. WiFi is good

The hotel is in a very good location, with Victory Park just outside the door. The breakfast is very rich, and it is a hotel worth recommending. The only thing is that there is only one bottle of free water in the room. I went to the front desk to ask for it, and the attitude was average.

Приехали с женой на праздник 9 мая. Очень не понравилось, что за такими вещами как тапочки, халат, ватные диски, ушные палочки необходимо обращаться с просьбой чтобы их выдали, хотя в гостинице уровня четыре звезды - все это должно быть по умолчанию. Так-же очень удивило отсутствие кондиционера для волос, и одноразовых пакетиков чая и кофе. Очень был удивлен, что в праздник на 9 мая в номер была принесена вода, а уборка не проводилась. Стаканы не мылись в принципе за все время ни разу. Так-же качество полотенец хуже тряпки которую используют для мытья полов, фото прилагаю. Телевизор в номере по размеру кинескопа, меньше чем дисплей моего MacBook. Подведя итог, в целом хочу сказать, что данному отелю до четырех звезд как до Луны и обратно. Твердые две звезды.
