Professional and courteous, multi-lingual staff. Knowledgeable of transportation and getting around Minsk. Hotel was spotless with great room service. Nice terrycloth robes and slippers. Spacious room and cozy bed. Great views of the city. Interior access to Green City Mall with a variety of shops was very handy. I will stay here again. (From Rocky Top Tennessee)

Excellent hotel - service and quality of rooms at the highest level. We almost always stay there when we plan a trip to Minsk, because... the hotel is well located. Almost the same building as it is a huge shopping center "GREEN" with many cafes and restaurants, various shops, some brands of which have left the Russian Federation.

Pleasant staff, good rooms, I have been there 2 times, I recommend for 2 times to take a slightly more expensive studio room, DOUBLE is too small. Conveniently, you can set the desired room temperature in your room. There is not enough music on the TV or Internet on the TV itself.
