The room is big and well-equipped, modern and new. There is a park opposite. It is very comfortable. I highly recommend it. After staying in so many hotels in Belarus, I still like spa the most.

I seemed to like everything. The breakfast is good, the location is good, everything is accessible. The room is big, but something was missing for me. Before this hotel, we were in Victoria Olimp, for me it’s better there!

Great caring staff and good service

Don't believe this hotel, this is a black shop. After checking in, the first one is that there is no water, and the second one is the service call from the front desk. He will never answer it. You have to go to the front desk to communicate with him. Another is the waiter at the front desk, who can't speak any English at all. The two waiters couldn't understand a word of English at all. Then this hotel is run by a triad. You see a big bed in their hotel, but in fact, if you only have one person staying in, he will charge you an additional 500 yuan when you go in. So be sure to open your eyes to see clearly, and write clearly that two people can live in it. He likes to write this kind of big room as one person, and when you go in, he will replace you with a small bed that is only one meter wide. That kind of small room is only a dozen square meters, but you can see on the picture that he wrote that the big bed is 28 square meters, and then the big bed is 1.8 meters. In fact, he is deceiving.

The pool was closed and the entire spa area was closed☹️

Very good, cost-effective

Throughout the stay at the hotel, the restaurant was closed or reserved for groups from outside the hotel, no possibility to eat a meal, no bathrobes, slippers. Air conditioning which made strange noises during operation. There are not enough sunbeds in the pool. Generally, we were forced to drive for all meals outside the hotel, which was also associated with additional costs and lack of comfort. Tragedy

Excellent hotel! The restaurant of the neighboring Victoria Business Hotel has good lunches in the afternoon. Delicious and inexpensive! Opposite - the Svisloch River, pleasure boats, a magnificent embankment, a promenade!

Reliable hotel, excellent breakfast buffet, decent spa with sauna and swimming pool. I recommend.

挺大挺滿意

Property located in good area with easy access to the city shopping location, historical places, etc. the major problem here is soundproofing- you can hear people in the room you are sharing wall with so clear. Whole adult are not so bad and not screaming all day long, their kids are killers - they are loud like a monsters playing and banging all day log. Its impossible to rest during the day because of that. At the end on my stay i feel like i want to exterminate them all. Hotel staff moved to me another room but soon i got another neighbors there with kids as well. I guess this hotel is great to spy on someone across the wall. Everything else was OK more or less. I would not recommend to to go to this place. And one more - restaurant there are very primitive in food selection/variety
