The location is excellent: the center, but quiet and green, everything is within walking distance. Parking is next to the entrance, but you need to call to have the barrier open. The interior and cleaning are a B, but the huge hot tub and high-speed free WiFi are five!!! Breakfast is delicious and varied, brought to your room. The staff is generally polite. We paid by card (you can pay with any Russian cards) - convenient, no need to run to banks. There is a large hypermarket nearby - you can buy a local SIM card and local products. They promptly issued the business trip documents and wrote everything as needed - thank you very much.

The hotel does not have a front door, and it was not made clear when booking that extra money would be required for additional guests. The extra fee was 50 rupees, which was about 115 yuan. The hotel menu cost 300 yuan, which was too much. Besides, I went to find a hotel. There is no door sign. I walked around the community several times but couldn't find it. People in Wen Community didn't know it. I contacted the hotel later and sent a photo of the community entrance. There was no door sign. The customer service of the hotel was not polite. Ctrip has no problem. , but it is recommended to investigate whether the hotel's facilities are genuine and cooperate with the hotel, otherwise it will be irresponsible to consumers. The current result is that Ctrip has given a compensation of 50 yuan, but the hotel still has no response. I continue to complain to the Consumers Association

Room in awfull state matches the service provided. I have been charged aditional 20 euro for late check in. No receipt provided. I've been in Minsk many times and this was the worst experience by far.

Place was looks "worn" and was not prepared for a visit. I had to put bedding on myself. Got charged extra 20 euros for ariving one hour late (9pm) and never got the receipt. Also I've got much smaler room than I paid for and no explanation vas given. Staff was extreamly unhelpful and unpleasant.

To be honest, there are people who are dissatisfied with 5* hotels with all inclusive, I ended up having a great time, despite some everyday troubles, and I don’t specifically want to find fault here, but other travelers who will consider this option should know about some details: 1. Check-in. The administration does not answer calls from the Russian Federation, either a reset or a voice mailbox, for which you should not expect an answer either. The main number has WhatsApp, but this is also not a panacea, because... They also don’t answer questions right away (for example, I was able to find out about the rules and check-in procedure only 40 minutes before departure - also, you must admit, it’s not a very pleasant feeling to fly into the unknown ;-). 2. Additional payments. I was also surprised by the wording - “if you are going to use the sauna, you will pay 100 rubles.” I wonder, initially, when a person chooses a room with a sauna, why does he do it? Just look at her? I can choose another room, it will be cheaper... Well, there is also a separate additional payment for check-in, why it is not included in the price initially is a mystery to me, but keep this in mind. 3. The condition of the apartment is certainly not very good. The bathroom is generally “sad” - the door is shabby and the paint is peeling, I’m generally silent about the thresholds, the toilet is leaking and wobbly... In the sauna I just had to wash the stones (someone poured something on them - dark stains) and re-arrange the masonry). In the kitchen, the sofa is also quite “shabby”... But in general - I repeat - I deliberately did not photograph all these things, so as not to spoil my impression, and in the end I had a great weekend in Minsk. I hope my review will help when choosing a place to stay, and the Administration will take into account what I have listed.

Booked through Yandex Travel (YP). Paid. We received confirmation. We came to check in. It turned out that this was an apartment building that had been destroyed. The doors are locked. Contacted the hotel. They demanded a non-refundable additional fee of 20BYN for each night and sent us a link to pay on an unknown website without a single hint of data protection (screenshots in the photo). When asked where this is indicated in the reservation and what kind of cheap trick with bank card data, we were told that without this we will not be able to check into the hotel. We asked to come inside and interact in person. The answer is that there is no one inside - check-in is remote. We canceled our reservation and sent a request for a refund to YAP. After a long showdown with YAP support, the money was not returned to us - the hotel set a condition of complete non-refund. If you want to find yourself without a roof over your head, lose money and tell the whole world your bank card details - feel free to book this hotel! P.S. Read not custom reviews on YAP, but live ones on review sites - I was far from the first in this scheme!

We lived here for two days in April. A good place. Clean, beautiful, cozy. Large comfortable bed and huge hydromassage bath. Good internet speed. The staff is friendly, upon arrival they explained and showed everything. Thank you
