I am very satisfied with the experience of staying at the hotel. Originally booked a standard room, but after arriving at the hotel, the front desk staff informed me that because the hotel is conducting customer satisfaction feedback activities, I was fortunate to be selected and can upgrade to a higher-level room type for free.
