Days Inn by Wyndham Minot

Location: Frequently praised for being convenient, near highways, and close to amenities like Perkins.

Lobby smelled of cigarettes, many empty beer bottles on the ground outside. The room did not feel or look clean, the entire hotel needs a complete update & renovation! We won’t ever stay here again!

Unfortunate Waited a long time to check in as both front desk staff sat outside smoking and talking. When we checked in they gave us our keys and that was it. No elevator. Room was nice and clean. Toilet however did not flush properly. Pool on the property was ice cold. Unbearable to swim in. Breakfast was poor. Scheduled 6-9 but food ran out at 7 am. Another guest was checking in when we were in the lobby. He went up to his room and immediately came back down as the room was already occupied. The manager had marked the room vacant so when the staff checked him in, the room had a guest in there. Unprofessional and uncomfortable. When checking out, manager asked how our stay was, we hesitated and said “okay” and she didn’t ask any follow-up questions or seemed to care we didn’t enjoy the stay. Also our keys only worked for 1 day of the stay, we had to get them to fix BOTH keys.
