Well stocked modern kitchen that should have everything you need to cook all your meals (if you don't see it, please ask). Laundry room for your washing. Centrally located in downtown Minneola. Bring your boat, bicycle, canoe, kayaks, or paddle boards! (I have some if you request in advance) Minutes to all local amenities, trails, boat ramps, shopping, and dining. The property was as described! Absolutely loved the view. Accommodations were great and everything in the house worked as it's supposed to. Will, definitely, stay again in the future.

Florida Sunset
The property was very clean and well maintained. The only issue that we had was a lack of linens and supplies like toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Sam ordered some towels and wash cloths from Amazon but we received them on Sunday Night, we checked out on Monday morning. We weren’t able to regulate the A/C unit, it was either extremely hot or extremely cold, which is why I needed a blanket. Sam is a good host and he will correct the issues for future renters. The location is great.

Great location
Owner was there to greet us upon arrival. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. Beautiful views of lake and very easy to get around area.

lakeside retreat
This was a great house to stay in while visiting my mom nearby. It is close to all necessary services. The house has spacious sleeping spaces and spacious public spaces. the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

Great Stay!
Sam has a great place in a great location! The house is beautiful and the furniture/beds were so comfortable! Would 100% recommend this home to anyone and everyone! I’ve got a close friend that lives near by and will be staying here again for sure!
