"All the staff at this hotel, including the servers at the restaurant, were very helpful and friendly. Steven at the front desk provided excellent customer service."
"Early check-in was from 9am, which was great for early morning flights.
It was in the heart of downtown, so it was great that you could walk to the NBA stadium.
Breakfast was included, but the selection was limited compared to a Japanese buffet.
However, there was a grill to toast bread, and fruit too, which was great.
The room was spacious and had two TVs, which was great.
The only disappointment was that on the day we stayed there, there were a lot of children staying for sports-related activities, so we could hear their footsteps from the surrounding rooms, which was annoying at night."
"It is near the station, but the soundproofing is good and there is no noise. The room does not have bottled water, but there is a direct drinking water system. It is equipped with a microwave and dishwasher, so you can cook some simple meals yourself."
"Very good, the hotel is very convenient for eating and shopping. It is only 30 minutes away from the airport. There is a slightly older lady at the front desk who is very enthusiastic and friendly. Except that the hotel price is a bit expensive during the exhibition, everything else is satisfactory!"
"Very spacious and modern rooms, very cool design of public areas and rooms! Unfortunately, we had some difficulties communication with the hotel twice. First, we wanted to learn more about parking and hotel put us on 10 minutes hold and after that they did not pick up the call for more than an hour! Maybe they are busy, but still leaves an impression. Secondly, we called at the reception to ask about the places open for a beer or wine and they simply hang up on us twice. Moreover, there was something with the lock- we could not leave the room without asking for help outside. I’m glad we were not in the rush in the morning. Not sure why is that so haha! Generally great area in the city center and pretty design!"
"It was good just ran into bad weather while I was there it was in the single digits and it was freezing snow, freezing freezing rain and a blizzard storm was cold and I stayed up in my room a lot more than I expected to."
"The hotel is next to the university, surrounded by supermarkets and places to eat, life is more convenient.
The hotel is connected to the next home2 lobby.
The room was not bad, and it was very clean when I checked in.
The place worth complaining about is that there is basically nothing to eat for breakfast. Like home2 next to it, except for egg dumplings, bread, and salty sausages. It may not reach the level of a fast hotel in China. Fortunately, you can eat if you are not picky."
"The hotel is next to the university, with supermarkets and restaurants around, so life is quite convenient.
The room is clean and tidy. It was very clean when I checked in.
The facilities in the house are quite complete, but cooking is definitely not possible. There is a large microwave, a household refrigerator, and a garbage disposal in the sink. I didn't see any drinking water.
The thing worth complaining about is that there is basically nothing to eat for breakfast. In addition to egg custard, bread, and salty sausages, there is basically nothing else. It may not reach the level of a fast hotel in China, but fortunately, you can eat enough if you are not picky."
"Very nice hotel and had the perfect location for a Timberwolves game. Could have probably booked a cheaper hotel that was still connected by a skywalk but didn’t look into it well enough. Quite expensive."

Great
GGuest UserWe stayed at the Four a Seasons for a quick weekend. They emailed in advance of our stay to see if we needed a car service, dinner reservations, and to gather other preferences. Everything was exquisite from start to finish. This is a brand new Four Seasons (and my new favorite)! A spa treatment is a must—I booked a massage with Lindsey and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! The only (small) minus is that the co-ed hot tub was in the same area as the indoor pool. So there are children in the area (with all that entails). But there is also. Hot tub, sauna, etc within the gendered locker rooms that are kid free, so plenty of alternative options.
HHeatherAbsolutely wonderful. I am super picky and my friends all stayed at other hotels in for a wedding. I was last minute and didn’t like what I had seen in the other hotels my friends were at so I walked down to check out this one and I was so happy I did! Love love love it. Clean and cozy and felt like an adults on the interior furnishings. Other hotels have cheap furniture and feel like dorm rooms. I was really have with this choice all the way around!!! I will definitely be back and can’t wait for their new spa to open!! Staff was great too and hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas! Great price also!
MM505105****Great, great, stayed here twice. I will go to this restaurant every time. It is very close to the university and it is very convenient to order takeaway from the surrounding area. The hotel is very clean, the environment is nice, and the girl at the front desk is also very friendly.
GGuest UserFirst off, I was charged an extra “historic building” fee when I checked in. When I questioned it, I was told it was because I didn’t use their website to book. The room was ok, no hairdryer. There was an almost constant loud him coming from the bathroom wall. Nice view of the river but awakened at 4 am by people yelling and fighting somewhere. Restaurant only serves breakfast on weekends and we were unable to find any open places for breakfast within walking distance. Wasn’t a terrible stay but I wouldn’t go back.
GGuest UserMy room wasn’t cleaned after my first night of a two night stay. I had a note on the bed requesting an additional blanket so I never got that and the trash wasn’t emptied. I also didn’t like that there were not ice machines, I had to go to the bar to request a bucket of ice. On the positive said the lady at the check-in desk was super nice and helpful.
AAngela.AStylish stay in the heart of Minneapolis. Excellent location and beautiful rooms equipped with a Nespresso machine. Don’t miss the top-floor perks: the Prohibition bar on the 27th floor and the stunning observation deck on the 30th. The brunch at Manny’s Steakhouse is also a must. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThere is a supermarket near the hotel, Trader Joe's, which is very convenient to buy food. There is a subway station nearby, you can take the subway directly from the airport to the hotel, and the traffic is very convenient. The staff is very friendly, the check-in is very smooth, the bed is soft and hard, it is very comfortable and quiet to sleep on.
SSimon74Modern looking hotel, but they don’t even provide drinking water. Nothing in the room for refreshments at all. Kinda minimalist approach.
No food except two types of frozen pizza.
There is also a very loud aircon system that runs through the whole place, it felt like being on a ship and the noise was that loud at night I had trouble getting to sleep.
MMDonThe entrance to the parking lot is directly across the street from the Hyatt and the area can be hectic getting in or out.
I thought the overall room environment was clean and the mattress wasn't too depressed.
I look in the refrigerator and found a food tray on the very top shelf of the refrigerator.
Inside was some very old blueberry cheesecake. I toss it and then it began to smell.
I sat the trash basket into the hallway outside my door.
MM507856****At 8 o'clock in the morning, construction began in the room upstairs, with electric drills and hammers being used in various ways. At 9:30, a woman came and knocked on the door urgently and said that room service would come in to clean. I will never come to this kind of hotel again.
