We stayed at the Four a Seasons for a quick weekend. They emailed in advance of our stay to see if we needed a car service, dinner reservations, and to gather other preferences. Everything was exquisite from start to finish. This is a brand new Four Seasons (and my new favorite)! A spa treatment is a must—I booked a massage with Lindsey and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! The only (small) minus is that the co-ed hot tub was in the same area as the indoor pool. So there are children in the area (with all that entails). But there is also. Hot tub, sauna, etc within the gendered locker rooms that are kid free, so plenty of alternative options.

The decoration feels a bit different from other seasons. But the service is still good.
The automatic opening and closing of the curtains in the room was broken, and the sun came in very early in the morning.
The lack of a bathtub is also a drawback.

The reservation coincided with the event at the University of Minnesota, and there was a shortage of room types. As a result, two room types were separated when placing the order. I sent an email to the hotel in advance and hoped that the room would not be changed during the 7 days. Mr. Don at the front desk responded patiently and provided support. I didn’t like the lack of food that was available for morning, lunch and dinner.
I get sustainability, but when it comes to using a towel, reusing one for 3 days is disgusting.
I was dissatisfied that there was not an actual fridge.
The views were beautiful. I stayed on the 13th floor, corner unit. The sunrise was breathtaking.
Valet was very accommodating, so was the hotel staff. Room service was not bad at all, however, like I said, there is a lack of food to choose from.
I would stay here again, I just wish it wasn’t so pricey.

I stayed on the 30th floor after a room upgrade was offered to a nicer room. However I was woken up by loud music, stomping on the floor above us, loud tv and slamming closed a soft close toilet lid.

My Wife and I got Married on Valentines Day 2024. Our stay was Amazing at Four Seasons Minneapolis, the staff was amazing they did an awesome job decorating our room for our special day. We definitely will be coming back in the future.
