The Hotel was my highlight of the trip with the mall of America!! Loved staying downtown with such a great service and the gym had more equipment then I thought! (bench press, dumbbells, cardio, cable machine)

The entrance to the parking lot is directly across the street from the Hyatt and the area can be hectic getting in or out.
I thought the overall room environment was clean and the mattress wasn't too depressed.
I look in the refrigerator and found a food tray on the very top shelf of the refrigerator.
Inside was some very old blueberry cheesecake. I toss it and then it began to smell.
I sat the trash basket into the hallway outside my door.

There weren’t amenities like tooth brash and staff like that. But I enjoyed the stay. The location was really good, there is a restaurant right next to the hotel, and it was really good.

I’m so happy to be here at the Millennium Hotel in Minneapolis, Minnesota downtown. It’s a great place to take a vacation or just a time-out and get away from all the stress and anxiety life brings to you. The best is the location of the hotel it’s rite on Nicollet mall downtown and is located rite in the heart of the dining seen and shopping district wonderful place to stay.

Kia, very professional, knowledgable, passionate and willing to help out with the customers. She knows what she is doing.
The other shifts are either rude, no polite most if the abswers to my questions are I DONT KNOW, AM NOT FROM HERE YOU CAN GOOGLE IT BY YOURSELF....

The location was prime, however the hotel itself was sub par, but we're thinking that was due to being in the process of a remodel. The cleanliness was somewhat decent, but not as clean as we prefer. We paid an irregularly low price, so we basically got what we bargained for.

Located downtown, I feel that the public security atmosphere is not good. The skyway is only open from 12:00 to 18:00, which is too short. Some stores are not open. There are few tourists, no characteristics and no tourism value. If you want to take the Airport Light Rail Blue Line to the airport, if the skyway is closed, you have to walk 6 blocks with your luggage. There will also be small groups of young people wandering around on the road in broad daylight, and they will yell at you to let you go. People don't feel safe, but fortunately there is a police car and police officers with live ammunition parked on almost every street. We will never travel to this city again because we don’t feel safe.
