I stayed here 2 nights in September `24. At approximately 3:00 AM, I was abruptly woken by a severe itching sensation on my legs. To my horror, I discovered that ants were crawling all over me. When I turned on the lights, I was shocked to find that there were thousands of ants swarming the room, following a trail from the window and extending into the bathroom. In a state of distress, I went down to the reception, where I was offered a choice between two rooms adjacent to my existing one. While I appreciated the prompt response, I moved into the new room around 3:30 AM, but due to the proximity to the original infested room, I remained on edge, unable to sleep, paranoid that there were still ants on my body. Additionally, I was informed that the receptionist and security staff would inspect my previous room. However, for the next hour, I was further disturbed by the sound of doors banging as people went in and out of the room, which only compounded the disruption to my sleep. I attached a photo to show the ant train. imagine this crawling over your legs when you sleep! I understand that we share our environment with various creatures, but there is a reason I chose to stay on the third floor of a reputable hotel rather than camping in the local forest. I did not expect to be woken up and distressed in such a manner, and the impact on my stay was significant. The staff sent an email when I wrote to let them know, but it wasn't sufficient to address basically no sleep for the night I paid for and the hot disaster of an on-site meeting the next day.
