Hi. The room was not properly cleaned during parts of our stay. A dirty glass left on the fridge, the toilet not cleaned for days. The fact that the only curtains were shear was not good. Upon checkin, we were told we were getting a good view, we got to the room and it was a view of other rooms across from us.

We were not given clear instructions on parking… Resorted to Valle Parking at an expense that was outrageous.

I had an amazing stay. I just wish I was more aware of the extra fees that were added on and to be aware for next time. The hotel is beautiful and is conveniently walkable to every location I went to.

Great downtown location. Rooms were very nice. Parking was quite expensive - even for downtown- whether you valet or self-park.

Beautiful property with and wonderful front desk staff. Room was very clean. Fairly centralized location and easy to get around. Good food at Guilia restaurant in the building.
