Loved how friendly the staff was, clean the hotel is etc. Didnt like that i didnt know that inwas gonna be charged an extra 50 a night for incidentals which took away 150 from my kids for the trip, and that there isnt a parking lot. But otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Great experience for reasonable cost
I went here after a very bad nearby experience and it was exactly what I needed. Close to the convention center, good mix of hot and ready foods at breakfast and friendly staff. Would stay again.

Would have been nice to know that even if an event is happening in the area that you get charged the event pricing for parking even though you booked a room. $50 is a lot

Clean, friendly hotel with minimal issues
The hotel is very clean & the staff are wonderful. Good location to be able to walk downtown, & you can easily access the skywalk if you choose. There were only a few small problems with our room; the bedding and pillows are not the comfiest, the pillows are definitely very worn in. Also the water in the room never got cold so it forced us to have to purchase bottled water to drink. However the staff are lovely so I’m sure they would have fixed if we had asked, but our stay was short enough we didn’t bother. My only real issue with the property is that the only parking option is valet… which is astronomically priced & sometimes you have to wait a while for someone to bring you your car. I would definitely stay here again, if you don’t have a car to park it’s a great stay downtown.

Overall the hotel is nice and convenient. However, the staff likes to gather at the front desk and talk among themselves while guests have to wait in line for service. When I was checking in, my check in was interrupted a couple times by another employee. The breakfast was delicious but the young gentlemen who was in charge of the area doesn't interact with guests and doens't bring silverware to the guests either. He had them rolled up in napkins in front of him. When I asked for a spoon he told me to look by the cereal but it was empty then he told me to check by the bagels. The display for the spoon wasn't easy to see considering all the other items on the tables. If he knew where it was at, why not just give one to me or bring me over to where they were at. He did not want to leave the cashier station for anything and at the time, I was the only guest dining. If you stay here, don't expect great service. It's just okay.
