The front desk staff did not greet us, did not use please or thank you, did not smile and was generally unpleasant. Their parking services were not working to get access in and out of the garage so we had to go to the lobby each time. In these cases since we had to pay extra for parking, it would have been appropriate to make it complimentary since it was not working properly and required more work by the paying guest. They also had a room service menu printed in the room and advertised in the elevator but when we tried to place an order they said they were no longer doing room service at all (we made sure we called within the hours listed on the menu).
