Excellent location, easy to access MRT station, bus, and Grab a ride to visit nearby restaurants, shopping places, supermarkets and scenery attractions. We stayed in this hotel for 6D5N. The room was well designed and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The air-conditioner provided cool air all the time. Due to the hot climate, most of the afternoons, we stayed in the room enjoying watching a variety of TV programs. Breakfast is good and wide spread including local traditional food and western food. Exceptional services received from the front desk staff, they were helpful, patient to answer your queries. An exceptional thank to 佳佳, she was helpful and patient to provide informations and guidance how to use Internet App to accessing interesting places, restaurants, Supermarkets and public transport. Furthermost, in the last night staying, my wife's legs suddenly wouldn't walk even wouldn't stand up (due to a long distance walk at 福道). 佳佳 also provided great help to relief our panic, i.e. providing my wife with a wheelchair, meal and etc on. 谢谢妳,佳佳. We had a pleasant and wonderful stay in this hotel. It is a nice hotel to be recommended.

Cotton used in the hotel have very high counts so they are soft and comfortable.  The bedding is just the right hardness and makes sleeping a pleasure. Airconditioning is adequate so the room temperature is always very cool in view of the hot climate during the month of August. The only short coming is the lack of a Nespresso making machine for a hotel of this category.  Further for the province of Fuzian, the hotel should offer guest a choice of some great teas from Fuzhou. Otherwise our stay was pleasant and I highly recommend the value for staying at this Lakeside hotel. Very satisfied business travelers.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Sanfang Qixiang, offering extremely convenient access to local dining and attractions. Upon check-in, a friendly hotel staff member warmly welcomed us and proactively assisted with our luggage. The front desk also provided a detailed introduction to the hotel's amenities, as well as nearby sights and restaurants. The afternoon tea offered a wonderful selection; the jasmine tea was an unexpected delight, and the accompanying pastries were unique and delicious. The hotel was exceptionally quiet, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring our family had a truly restful sleep. Breakfast, served in the serene courtyard, was very picturesque. We highly recommend the light bites and tea eggs, which were a pleasant surprise. It's worth noting that the hotel's restaurant is quite renowned; in the evenings, they offer roasted and braised snacks that are absolutely perfect with a drink. Overall, it was an incredibly enjoyable and unexpectedly wonderful stay!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, truly unbeatable! Transportation is incredibly convenient: it's just a 4-stop metro ride on Line 1 from Fuzhou Railway Station to Dongjiekou, then a mere 5-minute walk to the hotel – practically a door-to-door experience. You can easily reach all major attractions using Line 1. Sanfang Qixiang is right opposite the hotel. If you're tired from exploring or it's too hot, it's just a quick stroll across the street to pop back to the hotel for a rest. You can then venture out again once it cools down in the evening. This setup is ideal for families traveling with children and elderly relatives. Plus, right next door, you'll find the popular 'Zhufugui Seafood Hotpot' – a highly-rated, 'internet-famous' restaurant. Atour hotels consistently impress with their clean, minimalist yet detail-oriented environment. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, patiently answering all my questions – their attentiveness really stood out. During the hot weather, the mini-fridge in the room was thoughtfully stocked with complimentary ice water, various beverages (Coke, Sprite), and even some small biscuits. They also offer a fantastic complimentary late-night congee service, which is a really nice touch. I particularly loved the strong water pressure in the shower, which is always a bonus! All in all, I was extremely pleased with my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!

Let me tell you about the [hotel name] I stayed at! The guy at the front desk was very efficient. He checked me in and reminded me that breakfast was until 10 o'clock and the gym was open 24 hours a day. The room was bigger than I expected, and the bedding was very soft. I didn't want to get up after lying on it. There were no water stains on the bathroom mirror, and the shower gel smelled pretty good. The most surprising thing was that there were washed apples and oranges on the table, and a note was left next to it. Although the handwriting was average, it was comfortable to look at. Breakfast was so lively! The wonton pot was bubbling, and there was a line at the fried egg stall. I took a bowl of noodles and added two large spoons of hot sauce. The uncle next to me asked me where I got the hot sauce. The waiter seemed to have eyes when collecting the plates. He came over as soon as he put down the empty bowl. There was a subway station downstairs, and there was a milk tea shop a few steps away. When I checked out, the front desk stuffed me two bags of scented tea and said I would drink it on the way. This hotel is really good, I will definitely stay here next time I come here!

The hotel is on the fifth or sixth floor of a building. I felt it was just average when I first checked in, but later I found that the hotel service was very good, with freshly ground coffee and snacks, comfortable bedding, quiet rooms, KFC breakfast, boiled eggs and fruits, and good toiletries.

It was pouring rain when I arrived, so hard I couldn't even hold my umbrella steady. I was struggling with my wet luggage when suddenly Xiao Zheng from the front desk popped out from behind the glass door, holding a dry towel. He shouted, ”Brother, wipe your face with this first! It's raining heavily, let me keep an eye on your bags for you!” While I was checking in, he noticed my pants legs dripping wet, and he turned around and handed me a pair of disposable slippers. ”These are freshly opened, please change into them so you don't catch a cold.” I realized that excellent service isn't about reciting lines; it's when someone quietly takes note of your wet shoetips and dripping pants, and genuinely cares.
