房間非常乾淨，設施比較現代化，電梯刷卡按鍵、比較安全，點外賣會有機器人送餐，一樓的蛋糕點心孩子非常喜歡，個人比較推薦。客服黃健服務態度好。

哇哦，這一次的入住對我來説簡直每一處都很驚喜！！首先是初入酒店，保安和禮賓小哥十分熱情幫我打開車門和提行李，辦入住的時候前台小姐姐和經理都很親切，熱情問候我是否是來福州旅遊的！給我介紹和推薦適合出遊的去處，太貼心了，房間還有提前備好的歡迎水果和歡迎卡片，可知酒店對遊客的重視度～
不得不誇一下房間真的很好！！很大很乾凈且新！！前台小姐姐幫忙升級了房型，窗外的江景也太美了吧！每天醒來心情都很美麗呢！早餐也很豐富，是自助的～中西結合～吃的算是精緻～
這裏還要誇誇酒店的裝修，中式的！真的很好看！很出片！跟以往國際、五星酒店風格完全不同誒！真的中國人狂喜！！！體驗感滿滿，下次如果還有來福州，必須還住這裏～

坦率説我之前還在小紅書上種草過改酒店，最近來體驗一次比一次差。酒店毛巾臟臟的，以及有一早來不及因為要去開會所以要求打包一下早餐，而我的要求也非常簡單一點水果兩個煎蛋。沒有任何其他東西，服務員拿來了打包盒以後，為我裝了水果切，然後之後詢問經理後説，煎蛋屬於熱食不能帶。因為我此前在這個酒店打包過早餐，也是來不及的情況沒有這個問題，以及我也經常在其他五星級酒店打包早餐，從沒有遇到過這種問題。還耐心和服務員解釋，我衹是來不及吃兩個煎蛋而已請讓我趕緊拿走吧，答覆是不可能不可以。我問為何説食品安全問題，我説那我可以簽一個免責聲明，外帶食物不需要他們負責（多數酒店都有）；答曰也不可能。後來我説我趕時間每天早上其實就是吃兩個雞蛋而已，説你可以帶茶葉蛋、水煮蛋，就是不能帶煎蛋！一下子我火就上來了，問為啥？説因為煎蛋屬於熱食，我説那茶葉蛋水煮蛋也屬於啊！答曰那不一樣，我們有規定衹能帶冷餐和整果外帶，我説那你也給我帶了果切啊（因為根本沒有整果當天），答曰所以我已經給你寬鬆了，絕對不能再帶煎蛋。我被氣笑了，説你們把規定給我看一下，説不能給你看。卡在那裡了，我説那我投訴到你們酒店，答曰可以。整個過程都覺得被針對且在拱🔥，賓客服務經理在我投訴後打電話瞭解情況並説可以給我下午茶補償，我並不需要補償衹需要一個説法，整個酒店沒有人可以給。換一個管理公司或團隊行麼別糟蹋這個酒店硬件了**總經理。

去年十月來福州，住此酒店，入住體驗很好，續住了三天。這次又從北京來住此酒店。酒店位置很好，江景房窗外景色很美，酒店設施齊全，特別是規範的服務令人願意再續住，感謝前台的徐龍娟女士，在我們遇到困難提出請求時，及時的為我們提供幫助，熱情細心，讓我們感到酒店培訓出的工作人員非常專業和規範，謝謝謝謝！因此改變行程，願意再續住一天，感受酒店優質的服務。酒店客房乾淨整潔，26層的服務員續住打掃一絲不苟，服務的非常好，謝謝！早餐豐富可口，用餐環境好。地下停車場免費停車。

第一次遇到酒店前台辦理入住後，工作人員直接就給了房卡，連基本的房間樓層、早餐用餐、都不介紹，而且是選擇性的對待！！因為後面的入住客户就有介紹！！酒店硬件和房間設計還不錯，或許新開的緣故，早餐很一般，最無語的是退房開車出停車場要收費，搞得又把車倒回去，去酒店大堂找工作人員，明明有簡單的退房停車輸入流程，前台工作人員竟然都不問，還是那句話不是品牌的五星級酒店服務管理一塌糊塗！！！
