衞生:竟然床下還有個避孕套的外包裝，香皂上還有頭髮；環境:牆壁發黴、頂棚發黴；設施:門鎖壞了部分但可用，鐵床很搖床。
綜上，便宜肯定沒好貨，不會再入住。

廁所有水臭味，可能下水道吧。總感覺有人抽煙，時不時有股的煙味。地上沙發上還要很多那種跟風塵一起的那種長髮，看的很明顯。樓下的商場很吵，有時還會有嗡嗡嗡的聲音。翻個身床就會咯吱咯吱響，都不敢翻身。

就在正榮，出行吃飯都方便，因為層高所以也不吵，衞生也蠻乾淨的，房東人很好，就是投影搗鼓了半天最後還是沒用上

同樣價錢，由於住宿人多，給我的另一個房間降成了了低檔次房間，這是我不滿意的，也沒退錢，周圍購物還可以，也有洗衣機可以洗衣服，交通方便。

雖然服務態度很好，但是衞生真的太差了，肉眼可見的到處都是臟的。出門忙着辦事沒法一下子安排換酒店住就衹好先住下。當時坐在那裡感覺皮膚都癢，手不知道在這裏碰到了什麼當時就癢癢的，回來之後起了一個一個的小包硬硬的又痛。loft樓上和樓下好像還是通的，天花板有兩個洞，其他樓層的人一直抽煙煙味直接蔓延到我這一層，床上也是一股煙味。馬桶也是裂開的，坐一下起來會夾到肉。很多地方都發黴了。廁所還有其他人用過的東西的包裝在。桌子是搖晃的，椅子也是搖晃的，桌子上雖然有桌布但是桌布非常臟，摸起來油膩膩的，用一次性布擦了三四遍還是能擦下來黃黃的東西。100上下一天的價格是不貴，衹是不求你設施多好，起碼的衞生要做到位吧。攜程也是瘋了不知道為什麼把你這個民宿類型的放在酒店的類型裏面。我還以為評價這麼多又有4.8分的綜合評價起碼衞生是過得去的，沒想到是這樣的結果，不知道你這些綜合評價是哪裡來的。
