300多住了兩晚，感覺很不值 ! 整體環境，衞生，隔音太差了!房間連瓶水都沒有。隔壁用水我聽的一清二楚，我當時還以為是不是有人偷進我房間廁所了，聲音就是那麼大!樓梯有人説話走路也是一清二楚，好無語。圖一白色門面就是進酒店的地方，門口亂七八糟，周圍環境太差了，包括進到第二張圖的房間裏面也是亂糟糟地面很臟。整個是沒有電梯的，樓道非常狹窄，而且異味很重，樓道的窗户就是圖三，清潔工具也是隨意放在樓道，圖六七是從酒店看出去。

在福州住了三天換了三個地方，衹有這個民宿符合我的口味，既乾淨又漂亮，每一個細節都做得體貼入微，房東幽默風趣真正把房客當成家人，如果不是要急着回浙江，我真想多住上幾天。用心做事的人一定會得到頗豐的回報！像這種品質的客房這麼實惠的價格在當下的民宿市場是很少見的，所以建議有需要住宿的朋友閉眼選，希望我真實中肯的點評能給需要的小夥伴提供幫助。

完全超出預期的民宿體驗!房子乾淨整潔，裝修是我超愛的ins風，隨手一拍都是大片。配套設施超齊全，住起來比酒店還舒服。房東特別好相處，入住前就把各種注意事項説得清清楚楚 。強烈安利給所有想找舒適住宿的朋友!
