朋友推薦的，十分滿意，衞生乾淨，交通便利，有問必答，十分方便，大學城這裏住過好多家公寓了，像這樣環境這麼好，裝修又棒棒的，的確不多見，而且價格還是很實惠，相當y yds，以後會經常來的🌹

第一印象是乾淨整潔，老闆很熱情態度很好。位置就在永嘉附近，那裡有一個夜市很熱鬧，還有東百中心可以逛，而且地鐵就在旁邊走路就能到，很方便性價比很高，下次還會再來的！！！

地點就在大學城永嘉天地旁邊，離福州大學、醫科大都很近，房間的四件套和浴巾毛巾都是一次性的，衞生乾淨，性價比很高，入住需要先領取電梯卡，感覺安全性滿滿的，下次還會再來！

房間跟實物一樣，新裝修的，設施齊全，性比價高，環境優美，衞生整潔，還有配礦泉水。房東服務熱情，提前發入住訊息，回覆信息很快，不用等，下次有機會還會再來。

有洗衣機，陽台挺大的，然後窗簾也是夠厚的，就很標準的酒店式公寓，但是配置很好了。一個小問題，就是垃圾桶需要更大一點
