The hotel's service is impeccable. The staff always smiles and says hello to everyone they meet! From check-in to check-out, every step is considerate and considerate. They respond quickly to guests' needs and are always able to help as soon as possible, which makes people feel warm. The hotel's meals are even more of a highlight. The environment of the restaurant is elegant, and the dishes are a bit unexpected. My child's belly was full for breakfast. The refreshments are also very good. A very bad check-in experience. The front desk is arrogant and the management is very chaotic. They are always looking down on guests. The sound insulation of the hotel is very poor. I can hear the noise of decoration outside the hotel and the sound of walking upstairs. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. All facilities are not cost-effective and the location is also very remote. It is protected from lightning and lightning!

設施：房間設施設備齊全，用的居然是戴森吹風機，格局一下打開了，房間升級到套房，有小冰箱，免費的飲料和零食。 衞生：衞生還是蠻細緻的，剛開的酒店，沒有什麼味道，但是還是習慣性的開窗，房間浴室玻璃擦的很亮。 環境：旁邊就是福耀科技大學，還有一個體育館，裏面有羽毛球館，籃球館，足球場，游泳館，連廊可以泡茶，特別方便，一眼看到下面的河還有大學整體。連廊是亮點，有咖啡機免費的咖啡喝~ 服務：客房員工看到我開窗，也送了空氣凈化器機，特別貼心。特別感謝吳總監的細緻服務，不管早餐還是午茶，都來給我安排座位，並安排快速上菜服務。還幫我們運送行李，臨走還送到了地庫，真的是全程貼身服務。

非常好的入住體驗。雖然不是在市中心但是多了一份安靜。酒店就在大學邊上。裝修很有特色 有福州的元素。每個人服務都 非常好。

整體入住感覺非常舒適，酒店的配色也很高級，原木和大理石的碰撞很有藝術氣息 房間也很乾凈很新。中午還可以吃茶餐廳，管家式服務很貼心有種温暖的感受！
