衞生一般，進門聞見有異味，衞生間地板明顯可見捲曲黑色毛髮和蟑螂幼崽。居民樓房間，門口全是小廣告。較為不值。

優點:沒有，一定要説就是離地鐵站近。
缺點:此處省略一萬字…………絕對的"精品民宿"
設施約等於毛胚房，這樣房子拿出來賣，把客人當韭菜收割。
吵吵吵到更本無法入睡晚上十點直接退房，馬路噪聲，過道聲音，ktv聲音，而且持續不停。

來看演唱會的，這裏離地鐵很近很方便，樓下是永嘉天地商場，特別熱鬧，吃喝都很多。晚上十一點多才回來也燈火通明，很安全。但是馬路邊聲音比較大，冬天被子不夠厚。不過總的來説性價比還是很高的

設施齊全，衞生整潔，一次性毛巾很衞生，衞生間淋浴花灑和熱水器看得出是剛換的，投影屏很大，老闆回消息十分及時，離金嶼地鐵口近，是暑假旅遊福州大學城的不二選擇
