酒店在民和縣城就是天花板的存在了。地理位置非常好，在縣城最熱鬧的地方，旁邊就是廣場和夜市，購物、休閑、吃飯都十分方便。酒店房間比較大，各種設施高檔齊全，衞生條件好，非常安靜。早餐也還算豐富吧，就是頭天前台告訴我們早餐7：00開始，結果早晨去了後餐廳卻説是7：20開始，差點耽誤了我們的行程。

每次來都會住這家酒店，每次服務體驗都大有不同，這次前台較好，客房服務太差勁了，要了三個衣架，給前台打了三遍電話，説是晚上客人多，在給別的房間修窗户，四十多分鐘後才送來，也能理解吧，結果衹給了兩個衣架，一個賊細，一個完全生銹的，説什麼客人太多了，沒有多餘衣架，這麼大個酒店，多餘一個衣架都沒有嗎，每次住他家要個衣架，都是賊細的這種，這也就算了吧，全生銹的是怎麼回事，跟服務員抱怨了一下，她還説你就這樣晾上面就行，我就服了，這麼生銹的衣架，你自己也不用吧。過了十幾分鍾，服務員拿着一兜子衣架，問我要不要，我請問呢？淋浴室裏地漏那裡，全是長頭髮，還好我自己頭髮沒那麼長，要不我真以為是我的，我就服了

超預期了。地點絕佳，新區中心，對面就是大商場。圓臉前台妹子也相當熱情。公區有點舊，不過房間大且乾淨，床品也很舒服。大概新裝修現代化四星水準。早餐就算了，可以忽略不計了。帶娃的話，特別二娃家庭，這個親子房應該是本地最佳選擇了。

這次入住體驗超出預期！從踏入酒店大堂開始，工作人員就熱情接待，辦理入住迅速高效。房間佈置温馨雅緻，衞生狀況無可挑剔，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質上乘，細節之處盡顯用心。整體性價比超高

位置好，對面就有大商廈，房間好，面積合適，整潔乾淨。服務熱情負責。停車有地面地下，電梯上樓。差點是早餐，品質一般，補餐也慢。

途經民和入住位於民和川垣三路18號的中意國際酒店。前台和餐廳的服務員訓練有素，待客禮貌專業；房間整潔寬敞明亮，床鋪乾淨舒適；衞生間乾濕分離，淋浴出水排水通暢，馬桶間尿騷味很重，想用水沖洗，但沒有地漏，衹能忍受，設計不合理；停車方便；早餐豐富。
