民和小鹿酒店是我住過房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，服務態度極好無可挑剔。床品絕對是五星級標準，躺下去就像被雲朵包裹，一夜好眠到天亮。浴室的乾濕分離做得很好，衞浴設施都是高端品牌，水壓充足，熱水來得很快。房間的隔音效果也非常棒，完全聽不到走廊或隔壁的聲音。

走進酒店大廳，柔和的音樂和舒適的温度讓人瞬間放鬆，前台小趙看到我拉着行李箱，立刻起身幫忙，辦理入住時還貼心的給我安排了11樓的房間，視野很好，到房間後果然沒讓人失望，落地窗視野超棒早上能看到點日出，房間裏有遮光簾，想睡懶覺也沒問題，房間裏的傢俱質感很好，洗漱用品用完，不用自己去拿，會有專門的人送到房間，特別方便。從大廳小趙的暖心幫助到客房的細節設計，每一處都讓人覺得周到，入住體驗直接拉滿！

住了這麼多次酒店，這家真的很棒，衞生特別乾淨裝修風格不花裏胡哨，老闆眼光不錯，床墊子挺軟的，睡着舒服，離高鐵站近，方便。以後認準這家沒錯。客房經理服務態度非常滿意👍最主要的一點小縣城有這樣一家酒店值得推薦，一下子定了2間房，玩得特別愉快哈

小鹿酒店最讓我驚喜的是，酒店處處都有“小鹿”的元素，壁畫、擺件、甚至毛巾的摺疊，都充滿了童趣和巧思，彷彿真的住進了森林裏的小鹿之家。服務態度很不錯，整體衞生特別乾淨，如果是帶寶寶來，他們一定會超級喜歡！
