衞生我不想説什麼了，我是帶着寶寶去住的，凌晨十二點半左右聯繫前台，讓客房值班人員上來看一下這床單枕套上，然後我讓他們換一下床單被罩，結果，把床單揭開後到處全是毛髮，過了半個小時左右，客房服務員説沒有粘毛器，然後我要求換個房間，換到了515房間床上也是，我就沒讓再換，但是空調壞的，電視也是打不開，體驗感極差…建議把客房衞生抓起來

昨天到了民和回族土族自治縣，新華酒店是國企，感覺應該不錯，入住後發現房間空調不給力，我們是南方人，感覺特別熱，所以要求換房間，客房張月梅女士態度特別好，性格也極好，不厭其煩的根據我們的要求聯繫前台周女士，電工保安徐先生迅速解決了問題。非常感謝張月梅女士等當天酒店工作人員。
