Hygiene: Too bad and needs improvement

A hotel with a very poor experience. The front desk staff are very unprofessional and have absolutely no quality of star hotel. There was a pair of disposable slippers in the room, but the room was not cleaned. There were yellow stains and hair on the bed. I contacted the staff and said sorry, and asked if I would like to go to the front desk to change the room? The large stains on the mirror in the new room were not wiped. The attitude of the staff is very cold and blunt. The hotel environment is good, the restaurant staff is more enthusiastic, and I hope to strengthen staff training and hygiene.

When I arrived, I found that I could make a reservation and made up for the difference of dozens of yuan. 2. The overall sanitation is very good. I have also told the customer service that the sound of the KTV downstairs is very loud when I go to bed at night. It is difficult to sleep in bed. I don’t know where the noise is coming from.

該酒店設施齊全，而且比較新，特別是床品很舒服，比較喜歡，衞生很好，沒有什麼衞生死角，酒店周邊就是公園，環境好，服務員熱情，有問必答，早餐非常豐盛，停車方便，車位充足。

酒店環境很好，離高速公路比較近，剛下高速就看到了這裏，然後入住的時候酒店停車場很寬敞，有自助充電樁和自助洗車服務入住，前台，前台工作人員都很熱情，酒店有不同款的自助茶水花茶很豐富，還有小零食入住房間房間很寬敞，看着很清爽，早常用早餐早餐也比較豐盛，總之不虛此行，會向朋友繼續介紹這裏
