Уютно, чисто, просторный номер люкс. Тихо(можно выспаться), ухоженная территория. Вид из окна на гору Змейка. Приветливый персонал. Автомобильная парковка.

Очень спокойный и чистый отель. Номер быль довольно большой, уютный и теплый. Двор был очень красиво украшен. Летом там было бы очень красиво. К сожалению, не успели воспользоваться бассейном. Из минусов: выбор блюд на завтрак был очень скудным.

прибывали в бане в этой гостинице. бассейн грязный, в комнате отдыха постельное белье в черных пятнах, грязное. по середине нашего отдыха вломился к нам в баню администратор! сказала что мы пересидели наше время, испортила отдых. далее администратор слала нам смс-ки, мол уходите или платите. по итогу выключила баню а после сказала платите на что вопрос - заплатить за выключенную баню? в душевой очень сильно пахло мочой. в комнате отдыха, помимо грязного постельного белья, очень грязные матрасы, пол, следы собаки свет не включался. полная антисанитария и негостеприимство. в комнате где баня и бассейн летали мухи и ползали пауки. уборщица видимо просто так получает свою зарплату. администратор душнила "елена алексеевна" не рекомендую данную гостиницу и баню, которая прилагается к ней. ужасный персонал и условия отдыха.

В номерах все старое - покрытие, мебель, поэтому затхлый запах грязи . Сотрудники пытаются залить все химией, так выходит ещё хуже. Открыла проверить окно - шум с трассы. Самое ужасное, что матрацы пролежанные, тонкие, старые и очень неудобные.

Посетили сауну в данном заведении. Джакузи с ледяной водой. Персонал сказал, что так и должно быть. Для меня осталось вопросом, как в джакузи можно лежать в ледяной воде. Полотенца не выдают. Мебель потрепана. Не рекомендую к посещению
