I was expecting the typical stunning type of Hyatt Hotel that I have become accustomed to. However, this is obviously one of Hyatt's older properties that has not been upgraded to be of the highest quality that most other Hyatt Hotels I have visited were. There was nothing particularly wrong at this hotel, but it did fall far short of the high quality luxury that other Hyatt properties exhibit. The room cleaning staff was adequate, but did not seem to know how to properly vacuum a room. The toilet and facial tissue products were very low quality and rough on the skin. Not something I would expect at a Hyatt. The breakfasts were excellent, and the friendliness and cooperation of the staff was absolutely Hyatt high quality.

Upon check in, we were ignored. Staff member pointed to her computer screen and indicated that she was in the middle of something. She made us wait until she was done before asking for a credit card from me for incidentals.
After running my card, she says, by the way, there is a $10 parking fee. Not my first time staying here so I know that they don’t charge this regularly.
I ask to speak to a manager- manager says he cannot waive fee. I asked if they could cancel my reservation. They said to contact *******. I pulled up the list of fees and incidentals listed on the ******* website and explained I didn’t agree to pay for parking. The manager said not to complain if I get towed.
I walk outside- plenty of street parking immediately beside their lot. Interestingly, I didn’t see ONE car parked in the lot with a parking pass displayed.
We go to the room- the air conditioner comes on instead of heat. It’s freezing and one person in the party needed accomodations. We call down and they tell us we have to let the cold air blow out for 15-20 minutes before they will offer to move our room.
They were not at full capacity.
The worst hotel in the area. Choose any of the nearby options with proper management and a degree of humanity. Total lack of customer service.

The hotel rooms needs to be updated. The carpet was wet and almost moldy looking and the fridge wasn’t working. You can tell they did patch work. Not worth the mkney

Couldn’t understand how I pay 200 for a night and could t accommodate us in a time of need for anything. Got in at 2:30am and still had to be out by 11am with having a 9 year okd

Staff could not do enough for you. Bedroom was very large with lounge area. Great location. A little tired but couldn't fault the hotel. Would stay again without question.
