1. The buffet restaurant was well equipped with corona measures, and I was able to enjoy a delicious meal while looking at Hakkaisan with peace of mind. Crab, many kinds of sashimi on a boat (maybe because the sea bream sashimi was delicious because it's close to the Sea of Japan), sushi, tempura, roast beef, beef stew, and more, all of which were delicious! According to the menu, we first tasted draft beer, then local sake Hakkaisan and Kakurei chilled, but the sake was served in a nice glass decanter (?) Breakfast was quite good for this price, and the Uonuma Koshihikori rice was delicious. 3. The hot spring was a clear and refreshing bath, but there was a shallow water about 3m x 4m in front of the bathtub, which was good for small children.Elephant watering cans and baby chairs were also prepared. 3. The next day, my family was chapo chapo in the pool, but it's wonderful that you can enjoy the pool, hot springs, and two delicious meals at this price. 4. However, the only negative point was that the air conditioner was in the back of the Japanese-Western style room, so the cold air did not reach the entire room (because it was quite large), and it was hot even at the strongest. 5. By car, it's a convenient location, just 4 or 5 minutes from the Muikamachi Interchange... However, apart from skiing, Muikamachi doesn't feel like a tourist spot at all, but you can enjoy the hotel itself slowly and leisurely, so this is it. It was a wonderful summer night.

I stayed for sleeping in May.
It was old but comfortable and the owner was also nice and good.
It may not be suitable for a trip seeking healing or hospitality, but it was beautiful and I was satisfied.
I think it's better to ski.
It was about 30 steps from the dry room to the lift platform.
but here you can pet
It is necessary to be careful because it is not possible at present.

Our room was on the second floor of the annex, and some of the rooms had stairs, so it was difficult to carry the pet cart.
Even with the door closed, bugs would get in somehow. The open-air bath smelled of gasoline, probably from the inn, and was uncomfortable at night.
As it was the season for new rice, we ordered extra breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. Many guests brought their pets, and the inn and its guests were all very pet-friendly.

I stayed overnight for skiing at Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort. A few meters walk from the hotel is the slope. It was a very convenient location. Accommodation is a room called ”Snow ” on the 5th floor. From the comfortable area with sofas to the small tatami mats area, the bed area, and the kitchenette were large studios, and it was an open room with windows in three directions. The interior was also renovated by reusing the beams and rusts of old-fashioned Japanese architecture, which was very nice. The equipment in the room was a little unsatisfactory. There was no tissue, and instead there was a hard paper towel. Towels are one bath towel and one towel. I wanted to have a towel in the toilet and washbasin at least. Is it cost reduction? The hot spring is a small one with 4 washrooms. It is the size that other hotels seem to use as a rental bath. I thought it was okay because the number of rooms was small, but it was so crowded that we could wait in front and back. Moreover, the amount of hot water supply seems to be quite limited, and when four people use the washing place at the same time, hot water does not come out. I was in trouble because it suddenly changed to water. I made a reservation in late January at the beginning of September because the number of meals I could provide was quite small, but even if there were a lot of rooms, I could only make a reservation without meals and meals. Aside from dinner, it was quite inconvenient that breakfast was not served. I thought it would be a little luxury rental villa. The location is good, so I would like to relax this time on weekdays instead of weekends.

About five minutes walk from the station, there is a car transfer, welcome drink is matcha, after check-in, leave your shoes and always slippers. I stayed in a Japanese style room, with a bed in a Japanese room, white based, Bright room with cleanliness The hot springs are not so large, but there is an open-air bath The meal is a restaurant, each group, made like a half-private room, and the face of other groups is not visible. The number of dishes Many, but the volume was about that, just good The restaurant has a courtyard and a pond where the cherry blossoms swim. It was quite a number, and it was amazing. In the lounge, after the evening breakfast, there was a coffee service (self service) The employees were all kind and nice. All the employees were kind and pleasant.

Overall it's old, but it's well cleaned. It was good that the room (standard Japanese-style room 10 tatami mats) was large enough for four adults. I was worried that it would not be annoying in the room right in front of the large communal bath. As a result, it wasn't annoying, but it was already very far from the 1 large communal bath and the elevator I took at meals. The scenery I was expecting to see in the photo was disappointing because the glass was cloudy inside and I couldn't see it while soaking outside. The bath with color 々 is also disappointing. Meals are normal. The soup powder that only women specially served was very delicious and I was happy. While I think young people and foreigners are working hard, I can't hear the basic words in the basics of the hospitality business from the mouth of the veteran man at the store and the front desk, ”thank you” It was uncomfortable. Because you use travel support? Because it's not a high room? I felt bad at 2 times I called in advance. Is it really a high-class inn?

Location is excellent, about 1 minutes walk to the train station, or to the main street, both of which have lots of restaurants. The staff are very helpful, although only 1 lady could speak reasonable English. The rooms are very spacious, and comfortable, although the bathroom is on the old side. Those who used the onsen really loved it, although you have to pay an onsen tax, even if you don't use it. Breakfast is on the expensive side, and even little kids have to pay. However, free coffee/tea and soup are provided in the lounge area. There are lot of lockers, but only 2 washers/dryers. The dryer function is not effective, even after 60 mins of drying, so I ended up hanging the clothes in the room to dry instead.

Visited hotel in Autumn Nov 23. Stayed 1 night. Room: Spacious, with 1 shower room, 1 dressing area with sink, 1 toilet room with another large sink, bedroom has a sitting area, full sized wardrobe, and 2 twin beds. The room was quiet throughout the night and we had a comfortable stay. One minor comment is that the mattresses on the bed felt old as they sagged in the middle, leaving you without back support. I slept well nevertheless Onsen: Not sure if spring water was used, but the onsen areas were large, with not just an indoor onsen but also an outdoor one, and jacuzzis in 2 forms (sitting and lying down). Very relaxing after a long drive. Breakfast: Quite a good spread with Japanese options, western options, and fruit, yoghurt w compote and juice / coffee/ tea stations. All in this was value for money for the price we paid

Our experience with Hotel Angel Grandia was excellent. From the time we made a booking until we checked out. Thank you, especially to Takeuchi San who we conversed with via email months before our stay. We requested dining arrangements that were not included in the room package that we booked with Agoda and it was perfectly arranged for our 2-night stay. Communication at times took a while to get a reply but Takeuchi San made sure he followed through with answers to my questions and every detail that needed to be arranged, including the time of the dinner. The hotel rooms were perfect. It included some bunk beds and each room differed a bit, some had separators while others didn't but the bedding was complete. There's a vending and ice machine on our floor which was excellent, and a Family Mart right in the lobby, we didn't even have to go outside. And indeed, the ski resort was just outside the hotel. They offered lockers at the back entrance to keep ski equipment. We went to Gala Yuzawa on the 2nd day to snowboard, but we were able to rent ski equipment right outside the hotel which was excellent, with no lines so it saved as a lot of time, and got a discount as a hotel resident. We were basically ready to go when we arrived at Gala Yuzawa instead of queuing up in the long lines there. We also had a chance to play in the snow area behind the hotel which was very convenient. The onsen was great. I had a chance to go to both onsens, one smaller and cozier one and another bigger one, both had indoor and outdoor pools with different water temperatures. It wasn't crowded at all when I went at night. The staff was friendly, their English was not perfect but enough to communicate well with us. There was a slight problem with billing but they were able to resolve it the same day. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and the service. Having said that we had some issues with Agoda regarding the 3 kids that we got confirmation for. And some limitations of their system required us to advance some amount to the hotel, which Agoda eventually refunded to us. Agoda should improve their system as this was their issue, they should not have inconvenienced the customer in the first place. I would have booked direct with the hotel but didn't find their website that easy to understand for international guests. I would definitely return to this hotel if given the chance to visit the Yuzawa area again in the future. We definitely experienced the local hospitality here.

GGuest UserThe owner is very enthusiastic. My son and I stayed very comfortable during the few days. The breakfast was great. The travel connection was in place. It is especially recommended that everyone go there. There are a lot of snow trails in winter.
LLANLIThe hotel was an old building, stayed for two nights, and went into the hall to smell a little kerosene. The room that stayed in the first night was really hard to say. There was no separate bathroom in the room. It was all public. The bath was a public bath on the first floor. The walls of the room had dirty marks. I don't know if it was pepper oil that was accidentally thrown, but it looked very bad for appetite. There is a spider web in the corner. The air conditioning in the room is very old and can't be used. So the heating furnace like kerosene is opened. The whole room is full of strong kerosene. The machine is still very loud, and it is roaring all night. In addition to the smell of kerosene in the room, the dirty trace on the wall, really did not sleep for one night, in the middle of the night, find Trip.com customer service to help me coordinate, the next day I changed a room again, although it is still very old house, but at least the room air conditioning on the second night is available. The stove that burned kerosene did not smell kerosene. When I was broken, I turned the stove off and opened the air conditioner. It was quiet. There was no spider web around the window. The first night's accommodation experience felt that it was expensive to go out and suffer. The price was not cheap. There is no way to book this hotel's relatives, go to be sure to say, to a clean room, fortunately the traffic is OK, there is a snow field, cable car, more than 300 meters away is the bus stop, travel is still OK, it is really health
YYUEN HEIThere is a free bus to the hotel from Echigo Yuzawa. The Ishidaru ski resort is right at the door. There are discounts on the tickets. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. The hotel has a 30-minute private bath time for each room guest.
LLogan SolamanIf you are an enthusiast of snowboarding or skiing and are seeking direct access to the cable car leading up to the mountain, then this is the ideal hostel for you. Located at the base of a ski slope, you have the convenience of waking up, gearing up, and hitting the mountain right away. However, if you are like me and prefer driving your own car to the mountain and then picking up snowboarding, you may want to consider a different location that is more beginner-friendly.
Additionally, it is important to note that the reception staff does not speak English. To ensure a smooth check-in process and obtain information about the facilities, I recommend having a translation app at hand.
