Absolutely not recommend to stay. The room and toilet have weird smell. Wallpaper all broken and ripped out with no maintenance. The place have WiFi but never able could connect! The staff not willing to help anything

- Restaurants getting full quickly.
- Bed sheets are very old and damaged
- No water bottles in rooms. You have to buy from the vending machine for 150 yen
Overall I fee not worth money.

スキー場が目の前で好立地。 スキー目的であれば問題なく利用しやすいホテルだと感じます。 スキー場が55周年でしたので、ホテルもそのくらい建っているのかと思うとメンテナンスは良いと思いますが、作りが昔の作りのままですので古さは感じます。 温泉に入ってゆっくりと過ごしたいとか考えている方には向いていません。 また、年配の方は館内を歩くだけでも大変な思いをすると思います。 エレベーターはありますが、横に長い作りのホテルの為、横移動がほとんどです。 小さな子供がいるご家庭なら、この広さのホテルは子供は喜ぶと思います。 また目の前がゲレンデですので、スキー場へのアクセスが良いのは魅力的です。 食事も子供が食べれるのもが多く、困ることはないでしょう。 ホテルにしては料金も比較的リーズナブルに感じます。 家族旅行には嬉しいホテルだと思いました。 ただ、卓球やゲームコーナー、バーラウンジなど子供＆大人も夜の時間がもう少し楽しめる施設があると尚良いと思います。

色々な口コミを見て覚悟していきましたが、思っていたよりも良いホテルでした。 時期にもよるのかと思いますが、混雑しているだろうお盆周辺を避けて8月末ごろ利用したせいか、全体的に混雑感はなく快適に過ごせたと感じています。 サービス面ではアメニティの少なさ、説明が簡易的で不十分な印象はありましたが、食事・アクティビティに関しては満足しています。 客室・館内の設備に関しての古さは否めないですが、掃除はしっかりと行き届いていると思います。 部屋タイプは和洋室で広さ的には十分。壁紙は若干剥がれ落ちている箇所ありましたが気になるほどではありません。 ただ、館内のマップが分かりづらく、コインランドリーまでたどり着くに迷いました。 他にも、館を跨ぐにつれ、階が変わったりするので注意が必要です。 食事会場は自分たちで選択できる楽しみがありよかったです。 韓国フェアも開催していたり、キッズコーナー・郷土料理など種類も多く子供が食べれそうなメニューも多かったように感じています。 夜の縁日も充実していて楽しかったのですが、時期によりなのかスタッフの方の人数が少なくて、若干待ち時間が発生している状態でした。 思っていたよりも快適でしたし、なにより子供がとても気に入ったホテルでして、また来年も検討中です。

子供連れファミリー向けのホテルで、歩いて行ける距離にプールや遊園地、渓流園やテニスコートがあります。 館内では手づくり工房で夏休みの制作ができたり、夕方からは縁日が開催されていたりと、遊ぶのに大変なホテルでした。 うまく時間を組んで遊んでいかないといけないような感じなので、こうやって遊ぶと良いですよ的な時間割みたいなものがあっても良いかもです。 宿泊部屋は歴史を感じさせるベッドライト。アメニティも最低限なので、自分たちで持って行った方が良いです。 ただ、総合的な価格を考えると格安で宿泊できると思います。 レトロなホテルですが、プールやその他の施設で遊べる価値を考えるとかなりコスパ良く宿泊できるホテルです。 家族で利用するには良いホテルだと思います。 廊下に冬の写真が飾ってあったので、また冬も来てみたいと思っています。

昨年8月に利用しました。真夏、気温も高い日でしたが、土地柄なのかプールはとても寒く水は冷たかったです。 プールから上がれば寒くない気温でしたがプールに入ると唇は真っ青になり子供はあまりプールに入りたがりませんでした。 プレイランドはまあまあです。 部屋はとても汚く辛かったです。壁やカーテンはシミだらけ。カーテンには血液？！と思われるような色のシミがありとても落ち着いて休める部屋とは言えませんでした。貸し出しのタオルも匂いが気になりました。 縁日は楽しかったです。 部屋が汚すぎて落ち着かないためリピートはありません。 もう少し経費をかけ壁の破れているところを直したり、シミだらけの床やカーテンをクリーニングした方が良いと思います。

最低の接客をされて二度と行く気がしなくなった。過去二十年以上利用していたが、今回クロークの眼鏡の男性に「あんた並んでたの」と言いがかりをつけられた。きちんと並んでいた事を伝えても謝罪の言葉すらなく「そんならいいけど」と上から目線で吐き捨てられた! いったいお客をなんだと思っているんだろう!こんなに失礼な態度をとられたのは初めてで残念です。 きちんと教育出来ないなら現場には出すな! どうせ、この様な苦情を書いてもホテルの方は見もしないだろうし、改善もされないと思うのでもう利用する気がしなくなりました。
