The resort provides a free shuttle bus every hour between the train station and the resort, it's pretty convenient but you need to book ahead especially when there are a lot of people. I and my friend went for the Fuji Marathon last year and we needed to go to the starting point earlier than the shuttle bus first round, we planned to book a taxi but with the resort staff's advice, they were afraid that the taxi would be hard to book so they offer us an extra early shuttle bus round to the station with kindness, what a great service!!. Their restaurant also have Mt. Fuji view

服務很好，每天接送河口湖的車安排很準時，前台的蘇先生服務熱情周到，非常滿意。第一天住的是森林裏別墅一樓，感覺有點潮黴味，第二天要求換到樓上的房間好多了。住了三天，給我們的房間是四人套房，太大了。

酒店佔地面積很大，有很多娛樂設施，還有專門寵物玩耍的地方。
房間也是又大又漂亮，到處都能看到有人帶寵物散步，很温馨。天氣好的話，吃早飯的餐廳還能看到富士山🗻。

房間很大，設施也比較完善，適合家庭出遊。
地理位置有點偏，酒店有接駁的車，需要預約，自駕出行會更方便一些，在河口湖車站等出租也可以。

非常棒的酒店，森林裏的酒店！聯排別墅一層，有兩個帶獨立衞生間的雙人套房，另有LDK，LDK裏的小吧枱配備電磁爐，微波爐，冰箱，咖啡機。LDK外面是森林小院，每天早上會有接泊車到房間門口接去用餐（提前預約早餐時間），五樓的餐廳可觀賞富士山美景。酒店有自己的湯場，SPA，寵物友好，網球場，桌球室，有貼心的中文前台服務。出行提前預約通勤車接送（酒店至河口湖車站），總體感覺是真正的渡假式旅遊！

森林別墅，還有未融之雪，空氣極好，房間很大，寵物非常友好，其他日本當地幾乎都攜帶小狗。
温泉不是太方便，其他都很滿意，特別是鐵板燒晚宴。
