Hotel Areaone Minamisoma

It's a bit of a walk, but it's conveniently located near the station. I think it's a good deal for the distance. The front desk staff were very polite in welcoming us and explained the amenities and facilities.

It's close to the station, so that's a good thing. The equipment is very old. The bathroom is small, and when you wash your body in the unit bath, you bang against the wall. The room I stayed in this time was a little bad, with the wall-mounted intercom (telephone?) almost falling off. Also, as I was about to pass the front desk to retrieve something I had forgotten from my car in the parking lot, the elderly woman at the front desk said to me in a very sharp tone, "Oh! Hey, hold on to your keys!" When I said, ``I forgot something on the way to the car...'', she said, ``She didn't say anything and just looked like, ``Hmm.'' That's not true.

The front desk was very helpful. Parking is free. There are a variety of great amenities. The rooms are separated and no soiling allowed, which is nice, but I was concerned about the dirt under the bed and the bathroom ventilation fans. Other than the thin walls and the fact that you could hear noises from next door, the hotel was in a good location.

ホテル周辺にはコンビニも無いので、酒類やスナック菓子などが常備されているのでありがたいです。 そしてアメニティが充実しているので、それを選ぶのも楽しい。スタッフさんの接客も丁寧でした。

口コミでは大浴場を褒めていたが、実際には大浴場はありませんよ！それにもまして、お部屋のお風呂の清掃はしっかりしてください。大浴場も無し、お風呂のお風呂もダメ。シャワーだけの残念な結果でした。

アメニティ､飲み物や菓子までと豊富さに驚きました。又近隣の食事処等の案内も助かりました。次回利用する事があれは、朝食付きにしたいと思います。 スタッフさんも皆さん丁寧で明るい笑顔で安心出来ました。 ありがとうございます。
