When we checked in, we were greeted and served with a welcome dessert and Japanese tea. The room was big in Japanese context with a split-level design and a courtyard. The room has all the amenities you would expect. We liked the settings of the "talking room", in which light music was played in the background. There are also coffee and tea available in the "talking room". Breakfast and dinner were truly delicious. Perhaps, the only downside is that the size of the onsen hot tub in the room is a bit small.

Great accommodation experience! The Centennial Hot Spring Hotel is very well maintained. You can feel the careful layout and management. It is very retro, tasteful, and has texture. The environment is quiet. The Kaiseki cuisine is very delicious. It is an amazing experience. I would like to stay a few more nights next time!
