設施：房間的私湯驚艷。
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：酒店較小，但私密性強，幾乎沒有碰到客人。包括吃兩餐，因為在包房，所以也沒有碰到其他住客。酒店旁溪水很美，酒店內植被豐富。
服務：有黑川温泉bus站接送服務，感覺温暖。
值得一提的是房間有按摩椅，供客人放鬆。

第一次體驗日本溫泉，房間有私湯，不用怕出去泡覺得尷尬。價格包含了晚餐和早餐，餐飲豐盛又好吃，住一晚覺得很舒服，希望有機會再來

酒店位於山上，必須自駕遊或者致電酒店接駁車。我們提早電郵要求接駁車，但酒店沒有出現。最好當天致電酒店提供接駁車。
房間大，一個室內、一個室外私湯，環境寧靜，但設施有點舊。
工作人員基本上不太懂得英語溝通，只能透過翻譯機溝通。

我們更喜歡私密感和安靜的度假環境，因此選擇了偏山裡的野花之宿。這是一家規模不大的酒店，一大特色是每個房間都有私湯，在寒冷的冬天深夜，這就顯色格外有價值了。而露天湯池風景也很美，男女湯每天會交換，可以欣賞不同角度的風景。用餐時工作人員的服務親切而不打擾。總體的入住體驗挺好。酒店會幫我們把行李送到第二天要入住的另外一家酒店去，也方便了我們白天去別處閑逛。

當日比較晚才到，但員工態度和藹，一到旅館馬上為我們準備晚膳、介紹房間、每樣設施。晚餐十分令人驚喜，最喜歡當晚的壽喜燒，和牛十分滑。另外亦喜歡他們為每個房間都設置室內溫泉，讓家庭、朋友或情侶一起享受溫泉。
