It was the best part of my trip to Fukuoka, Aso, and Kurokawa. If you have a rental car, I highly recommend it! It's about 6 minutes from Kurokawa, so it's not that far, and it was a great place to feel nature and experience Japanese traditions rather than the bustle of Kurokawa. Here, I experienced two famous places in Kurokawa: open air, and my whole family said this was the best. It was a fun time at a house like Totoro Forest :)

The service and food are very good, but it is recommended only if you need to drive by yourself. The location is a bit remote and is not recommended for travelers without a car. The facilities were very, very good. However, the location is far from the bus stop and there is no pick-up vehicle, so you have to take a taxi or walk. I tried to order dinner and breakfast, but due to the typhoon, everyone except me canceled their reservations, so I was disappointed that they were not served.
