This hotel location is very good. in the hills in the deep forest very cold weather. Delicious dinner, strange has horse sashimi, clean rooms and beautiful . The outdoor onsen is very beautiful. Breakfast is good.

One stay and two meals, the kaiseki cuisine is amazing, the Japanese service is meticulous, and the experience in the mountains and forests makes people feel relaxed😎. If I come to Kurokawa again, I will want to stay here again.

We drove to Shanhe, the location is very secluded, the old man in the parking lot was waiting with the list of guests checking in that day, and took the luggage to the room. The room is large and comfortable, and the coffee table is equipped with a heating blanket. It's nice to sit there and drink tea and drink. The dinner was amazing, and the sporadic nature of Japanese cuisine was clearly on display here. The staff are all very friendly. The open-air bath in the room is well designed, making it feel like taking a bath in the forest.

It's a 25-minute walk from the hot spring street, but there is a car to pick up and drop off from the hotel. The environment is comfortable and quiet. The breakfast and dinner are very rich. The waiters are very kind and courteous. However, the room does not have a bathroom and there is no hot water for washing the face. Overall, I am very satisfied.

I went here on a friend's recommendation, and I'll be going again next year. The kids also loved the amazing experience.

Although there was only one staff member who could speak English, the other staff were also very helpful and dedicated. Kaiseki cuisine is very rich, but the location is difficult to find, so self-driving travel is more suitable.
