Due to the exterior construction of the hotel, the room windows are blocked so you can't see outside. It was frustrating and absurd. I think it would be best not to receive guests during construction. If I had said at the time of reservation that I couldn't see the outside due to construction, I wouldn't have made the reservation.

Our family of 5 booked the room with an open air bath this January 2025. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The bath was warm and nice despite the windy and cold weather. The room/s were beautiful, the view of Ise Bay (especially at sunset) was spectacular, and the food was great, especially the dinner. The staff were really accommodating and nice, they even helped us book a taxi to the airport after we checked out. For those traveling to Shuku Kaifuu by public transportation, I recommend giving them a call before checking in so they could arrange a pick up service from Utsumi (train) station.

Because it's super delicious. good to eat. And the price is right. Wait to go back to the room. The bed has been made for you. Go to the open air for an onsen and delicious sobe popsicles.
