Our room was a nice size and was supposed to be non-smoking, however it stank of smoke at night. The floor has a smoking room and these rooms do not stop the smell from spreading everywhere, so huge downside to staying at this hotel is the smoke stink from the smoking rooms. The hotel is big. The lobby nice and big. Elevators were efficient. The buffet dinner and breakfast on the second floor was pretty good. The pool was restricted to reservations only. We could use it, but not freely which is a pain the hot weather. Also, they had a weird 10 minute break rule in the middle. What is that about? The hotel is in a beautiful spot with many jungle hiking trails on the peninsula. The public baths were nice, nothing special. The water was not onsen water. Staff members were nice. Too bad about the smoking. Why let your hotel stink like that?

I stayed in a room on the 2nd floor. It was wonderful to see the sea from the window. However, mold was very noticeable on the unit bath. Also, mold is very noticeable in the large communal bath. I was surprised at how moldy it was to remove dead skin cells on the heels. Mold is also quite noticeable on the tiles in the bathtub. There are several types of shampoo on the market and it was good to use them in various ways. However, there were cases where it was moldy. The breakfast buffet was very delicious with a nice view while looking at the sea. When I reheated the opening of the horse mackerel on the tabletop stove and ate it, it looked like freshly baked and was delicious. The chef always baked French toast and I was satisfied with the freshly baked French toast. However, it is very disappointing that the air conditioner on the ceiling also has a lot of mold. If there is no mold, cospa is a wonderful place, but it is a waste. I think you should improve the mold.
