おいしい食事ができる宿を探して口コミの よかった銀鱗荘ことぶきさんに伺いました。 食事は「ことぶき特選」コースを選択し期待に 胸弾ませ伺いました。 夕食：前菜、先付けは評判どおり大変おいしかったです。 ですが目玉料理となるあわび、伊勢海老がちょっと残念でした。 刺身がふんだんにあることからアワビはステーキで伊勢海老は焼きでお願いしましたが アワビは味付けが濃くてしょっぱく素材の味がまったく感じられませんでした。 また伊勢海老は火が通り過ぎぱさぱさに。ジューシー感がまったくなく殻から引きはがすだけで一苦労。おいしくなかったです。 朝食：オレンジジュース、玉手箱、ごはん、コーヒー等とてもおいしかったです。 ですが鯵の焼き物はやはり火が通り過ぎていてぱさぱさで全然おいしくありませんでした。 骨と身がはがれないほどに火が通っていて簡単に身がほぐれない。焼きすぎです。 夕食も朝食も焼き物に関しては料理人が調理していないのではないかと思います。 焼き物以外はおいしかっただけに、とても残念（すごく損をした気分）でした。
