The location is good, right in front of the sea. The man at the reception seemed nice. It's a completely free-style inn, and you can use the kitchen and other things as long as you bring your own food. There are two baths, and you lock them when you're in the bath. There is no TV in the room...or rather, the walls are thin, so you can hear the noise from the next door, so you can't put a TV there. If your neighbor is noisy, you'll have a hard time all night. If you're worried, I recommend bringing earplugs. When I was sleeping in the dark in the middle of the night, I woke up in surprise when I heard someone walking in the room, but when I turned on the light, there was no one there. It seems to have been my neighbor's footsteps. I'm not joking. It's a true story. Please be aware that the walls are that thin and there is no soundproofing at all. Other than that, it's cheap, so I can put up with it. I'd go again if I brought earplugs.
