Hotel food seems not too innovative compared many newer ryokans. Room is very wet and moist throughout the night. Air con is placement is directly on top of bed, so it is either cold or too warm due to the moist.

Very good service once we arrived the hotel. Chinese & some overseas staffs normally can communicate in English, Chinese & Japanese. Comfort room & private spa. we enjoy.

The room we chose has a bath and is spacious enough.
There is a big bathhouse, very new and big. The people are very small.
It would be better if the hotel could have a self-service washing machine.

Unfortunately it was a cloudy day, but the view from our room was amazing.
We apologize for the inconvenience as our child has allergies, but they prepared a separate menu and everything was delicious!
The staff were all kind and had a calm impression, making us feel very relaxed.
The bath was clean, there were many types of shampoo that you would see in a drugstore, and there were many types of hair dryers, including ReFa and Yanmar, so it was nice to be able to try out a variety of them!
