I was surprised by the size and height of the lobby. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. I arrived a little early, but I was able to check in. The room was a clean 8-tatami Japanese-style room (with a wide veranda) close to the bath. There were two keys, which was convenient. The bath was a large public bath, and the hot spring had a slight sulfur smell, with white hot spring minerals floating in it. It was a very good hot spring. The open-air bath was also large. There were amenities and cold water in the wash area. Flowers were displayed everywhere in the building. Dinner was prepared in a private room, which I was grateful for. Some dishes such as appetizers were set on the table, but the rest were brought fresh each time. The Fukushima beef sukiyaki and sashimi were all very delicious. I couldn't eat the dessert, so they brought it to my room. I also had breakfast in the same private room. There was a wide variety of dishes, each one was delicious, and it even came with a strawberry dessert. I wasn't expecting it to be so good, but there was coffee service in the lobby. I had two cups of coffee made with delicious local water in the spacious and open lobby. The hot springs, food, and hospitality were all excellent. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Low price, delicious food that you won't be able to finish, polite customer service from the staff, the large public bath has a high ceiling and a sense of freedom, the hot spring water flowing out of the bathtub is the best, and the cleanliness makes me satisfied with everything.

Seven of my classmates and I enjoyed autumn in Minamiaizu. The employees were kind and welcoming, and the inside of the building looked like it had been renovated and was beautiful. The baths had a rock bath and a cypress bath. The food was delicious with a large selection of items. Breakfast When the pot came out, he seemed worried about whether he would be able to finish it.
