Minakami Onsen Bettei Yaeno

It's five hours one way from my house, so if I stay for two days and one night, I can only visit "Fukiware Falls" and "Tanigawadake Ropeway". The purpose of this trip was this inn, so I thought it would be fine. When I traveled to this area last time, I hesitated and ended up staying at "Senjuan". However, we didn't understand the goodness of it at all, and we always thought that it would have been better if we had chosen "Bettei Yaeno", which is highly rated on other sites. After staying this time, unfortunately, we didn't seem to be very compatible with this inn. I didn't feel comfortable with the staff, and although they were polite, I felt something was missing. I liked the fact that they used local ingredients for their dishes, but I wasn't particularly impressed. If it weren't for the corona wreck, it might give a different impression, and it might be good for people who don't care about the food or the scenery, but want to relax in a separate room.

I stayed with my wife for one night in a room with a hot spring. The indoor hot spring bath smelled of cypress and was very relaxing. It was comfortable, so I spent a total of 5 hours in the bathroom at night and in the morning. The meals were arranged mainly with local ingredients. Each one was delicious and the presentation was nice. Mr. Nakai explained the dishes and gave me advice on restaurants with delicious ingredients from Gunma. It was an enjoyable dinner. The food, the bath, and the hospitality of the staff were all good. This is a ryokan that I would like to visit again.

いい旅館というか、温泉宿というかそういう感じです。到着後そのまま部屋に通されます。ロビー的なところはなく、離れ的な感じでそれぞれの部屋に直接通され、そこでチェックインをする感じです。 やえ野さんは、単純にお部屋にずっといて、のんびりしたという人向けという感じだと思います。夫婦やカップルが二人でずっと一緒という感じで使うにはいいと思いますが、子供がいる場合などはちょっと退屈しそうな感じです。もっと言えば、不倫カップル等にはいいように思います（笑）。部屋から出なければ誰にも見つかりません。一方で出歩くとなると立地的な面からもさほど面白みはないように思います。旅館自体が離れで構成されているので、旅館の中を楽しむという感じでもありません。 料理は正直、可もなく不可もなくという感じだと思います。美味しいことは美味しいですが、「お〜〜〜」って感動があるほどの料理とは言えませんでした（どこでもそこまで感動できる料理を提供してくれるところは多くはありませんが）。 あとエステ的なものをお願いしましたが、これはどこか別のところに行ってするのではなく、自分たちの部屋に来てやるので、ちょっと残念でした。部屋にアロママッサージをする人がいるので、落ち着かない感じはします。 いい宿だとは思いますが、僕個人の使い方にはちょっと合わない感じがしています。なので、次からチョイスする旅館には上がっていません。
